Lindus Construction

The sales and installation went very well and I was pleased with the process and professionalism of the sales rep and installers. . I gave a "D" for responsiveness because we were to receive a $100 gift card about 2 weeks following the final payment as part of their promotional offer. Because we financed through there promotion, that took a little longer because the finance company and Lindus weren't on the same page and Lindus didn't know when the loan was complete. We have made 2 loan payments so far (2 months) and no gift card. We have communicated with the sales rep who has been considerate as had been following up, but this really shouldn't have happened. Had we not been a part of this promotion I would have rated them "A" in this category.

It went well overall. Had a little problem waiting them to finish up everything - had a downspout sitting with water splashing against the foundation wall for a couple of weeks. Otherwise a good job although fairly expensive.

Everything went perfectly, workmanship was great, clean up was great. Love the finished work. Have one more project to be done later this fall. I will have them do that for me also.

Except for the fact they threw my gutters in the dumpster (which they replaced for free), EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

It went pretty well, ordered in fall but gutters didn't get put on until April 2018. Only issue is that they were delivered in the fall and they sat in my front yard until they were installed in April. When they called me to tell me that they wouldn't get put on until spring I asked if hey were coming to pick up the materials in my yard and bring back in the spring and they indicated they would but that never happened. Only real issue that I had is that I have a fenced in backyard and the installers left my gates open after job was completed and they left and my dog got out - I wasn't happy about that and they need to be more careful - fences and gates are there for a reason.

The job went well. I have worked with this company before and while a tiny bit high they do excellent work. When I call them that is my expectation. However, this time they forgot to let me know when they were coming. They caught me in an unscheduled situation. Of course, minor adjustments were made and the job went on. To the workers... another job well done. To the scheduler...double check.

Lindus was very professional and exact with the finishing. It was done pretty much to schedule. Would highly recommend Lindus.

Friendly, professional workers got the job completed quickly. No mess or clean-up for me to do afterward. All the old gutters were hauled away! Love the look of the new gutters and the improved control of rain run-off. Gutters and downspouts are all custom fitted to our house.

AWFUL! Scheduling was horrendous, hard time getting them out here. Sheetrock portion was subcontracted out and they sloppy and did a horrible job. Wasn't done correctly. Insulation guys left wires hanging so they got caught in the opener springs and broke so couldn't use the door. My ceiling has glops of mudding not sanded smooth and the seams weren't filled correctly so every seam is obvious. Nothing got covered so dust all over, mudding and paint spilled on my stuff and I had to clean it up myself.

We contacted Lindus and they sent their sales person, Roger, right out to evaluate the job. They contacted our insurance company and the job was completed in no time at all. Great company to work with!

It went well! Installers did a fantastic job. Only problem we had was with scheduling and communication with the scheduler. Overall though, it worked out and happy to have the gutters!

The work done on each project was excellent and caused me to have another project done.

We were very satisfied with the result of a 3 month remodel project that includes opening up the kitchen to create a “great room” on the main floor of our house. Everyone we interacted with from the initial scoping to the design selection to the actual demolition and construction was professional, personable and responsive. The demo and construction team were very conscientious about the disruption. We felt that Lindus was a partner with us and did not try to upsell or invoke unnecessary change orders. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking abut a major construction project.

This was a big job. It took them several months to get the crews out to do the work, but once they started, it all moved very quickly. They had to do some extra work because of water damage discovered when they removed the old siding, but the charge for repairs was lower than expected.

Not well. A project that was scheduled to take 2 weeks went 3 months.

We live in a 1926 house and had Great North windows installed in 2003 to replace the original windows. They failed. We contacted many window contractors who were not willing to do our project. We met Lindus representatives at the State Fair and were impressed with their willingness to discuss the project. Doug McColgan met with us at our home and thoroughly examined and measured the windows in order to prepare a proposal. After we accepted the proposal, two installers came out to double check the measurements and to perform the lead paint test. At this time, all paint colors were checked to make sure they corresponded to our Sherwin-Williams paint. Work was scheduled for three days, beginning January 31, based on our schedules. Jake, as lead worker, and his 3-man team arrived on time each day and were ready to start. They were polite, humorous, and professional while in our home. They let me watch when they removed a particularly bad window and when they were installing a double set of windows. Jake kept his crew on-task. Of course, they made a mess, and unlike many experiences we have had, they did an excellent job of cleaning it up. They finished on-time and with as little disruption to our lives as can be in a project such as this. I commend the crew on the fine job they did for us. BTW: we own a large dog. Jake met her when he came out to do the final measurements. When his crew arrived for the job, Jake took them out to the kitchen to meet her. He knows dogs. She looked at them, accepted them, and didn't bark. Bonus points to him.

Salesman Corey Hessler was our hero when we had to have our roof replaced due to storm damage. He took care of the entire process for us, and made sure we were happy with the end result. No, Corey is not a friend or relative. When we decided to replace our siding, and add a porch, we knew we wanted to go with someone who we could trust and was professional, and Lindus Constrction fit those requirements. This project gave our home an entirely new look, and being that we are now retired, we were able to be home as each crew came to work on the house. The guys from every crew; framing, roofing, decking, siding, and gutters were all friendly and professional. They explained if something additional was needed or if they ran into problems, how they would resolve them, and what it would cost. They told us what they expected to do each day, and showed us what was completed when they were done for the day. They were neat and cleared away any debris that accumulated each day. They worked hard and kept it professional, but it was fun to hear them laugh and joke with each other as the hours passed. We will use Lindus again!

Very well. Service Rep, Jason, was excellent. He worked with our insurance company to get the cost of replacement handled under our Homeowners Insurance. Installers (both times) were prompt, kept on task and cleaned up the work site - great job!!!
