Fantastic. The crew showed up on time. They answered all my questions and made great suggestions about the installation. It turned out better than I ever expected.

Great to deal with. Came and removed my gutters ahead of time, replaced roof and came back to reinstall gutters.

They sent two employees who were knowledgeable, professional, and they did a great clean up job.

Perfectly. The workers came to install the day following delivery of the materials. The two young men worked well together, were very efficient and knowledgeable of their product and the installation requirements. It was obvious they knew their job and didn't rest until it was finished.

Excellent! Starting with the sales person, who was honest and not pushy about the cost and work. The 2-man crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and professionally, making sure that the work was done as I wanted it. Due to some unfinished construction on my part, the gutter installation could not be finished until a later date. Lindus did not require payment until that was completed which was done within a week after I called to inform them that I was ready to have them finish the job.

It went very well. The installation crew arrived way ahead of the originally estimated install date. The installers were professional and courteous. They reviewed with me what they were to do. They did a good job cleaning up the work area. I was expecting a call ahead a few days before the install date, and I am fine with that. They explained they were able to slip my project between some others when they were in the area. Excellent job.

Lindus did a great job, they showed up on time, did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. During the work, they also put drop cloths down to protect the wood floor. Very professional. I would hire them again.

Much of the scheduling was handled though an automated system which worked great. They came, removed, installed all while I was at work. The gutter install looks good and they work.

Lindus has done work on our house before so I felt confident they would do an excellent job this time. It started raining about half way through the installation. I thought the installers would leave and come back the next day. They stayed to get the job done.

Lindus did an excellent job of communicating with us before and during the job. The workers were punctual and professional, worked very hard to finish our job on time. Cleanup was thorough. We're very happy with our new roof, and excited about LeafGuard gutters because our property has tons of trees. Would use Lindus again and recommend to others.

Completed as expected. Please note that while I would recommend for LeafGuard gutter installation, I would be less recommending of any other services that are provided. My experience during a quotation for a deck surface replacement was anything but good. Tried to up sell me with additional warranties. Wanted to unnecessarily replace the entire structure of the deck even if the sub structure was good. The price was astronomical. My wife and I felt insulted by the salesman's pitch.

Never heard from them in the 2 weeks after signing. I called them after more than a month- Finally got scheduled. They performed the work required. During the work, one of the workers put his boot through my ceiling. Took more than a month to get that completed. Had to have them come out and clean all the foam overs pray from the stored items above in my garage. cleaned off what they could, now have to go up and rearrange items to where they were. Lot of extra work involve for my wife and I. They are supposedly crediting the bill for her work

They came when they said they would, were very efficient and competent, and left the property in excellent condition.

Lindus replaced my old cedar deck with one made of Azek composite. They ran into old-house problems -- a rotted beam, bizarre debris underground, building the new deck on an old footprint that meant one side was not square -- and coped beautifully with all of it. I have a gorgeous deck that is built to last and that visitors remark on. While the cost still takes my breath away, I had to have my rotting deck replaced and I am thrilled with my new deck.

There was some problems with wood rot that Lindus had to deal with during the roof shingle replacement, and the problems were severe. Given that, it did not seem that they were prepared for it based on our expectations of the project as defined by the Lindus sales manager. This caused a delay in the work getting completed by end-of-day and subsequently there was a rain storm which caused additional problems due to the incomplete job. However, with that said, they worked with us to make it right, and did a great job in the end by completing the work to our satisfaction. We would plan to use Lindus again and would recommend Lindus to our neighbors.

We were very satisfied with the whole project. The workers were very professional and friendly. We did have an issue with the quality "drink rail" manterial. The deck supervisor came out and saw the issue and assured us it would be corrected and fixed. We loved the new deck design! We have also hired Lindus to do some remodeling work in our kitchen which will be started shortly. We went with Lindus because we had confidence in the "Lindus" name and knew that they stood behind their work.

Workers were punctual, professional, courteous, and stuck to job until done. Answered questions to my satisfaction when presented. Cleaned up when done. One screen had a small tear and was informed they would order a new one and replace it when it arrived. New screen was replaced about 2 weeks after job completion. Interior window jam and molding were beautifully stained. Took advantage of promotional discount offer to reduce cost. Great job.

It was great! The products used for the job are high quality. The workmanship is excellent. The workers are very skilled in their area of expertise, work very hard, make sure everything is done correctly & to code, are courteous, friendly, & respectful. If things come up as they're working, they give options & check to see how you would like to proceed.

The sales and installation went very well and I was pleased with the process and professionalism of the sales rep and installers. . I gave a "D" for responsiveness because we were to receive a $100 gift card about 2 weeks following the final payment as part of their promotional offer. Because we financed through there promotion, that took a little longer because the finance company and Lindus weren't on the same page and Lindus didn't know when the loan was complete. We have made 2 loan payments so far (2 months) and no gift card. We have communicated with the sales rep who has been considerate as had been following up, but this really shouldn't have happened. Had we not been a part of this promotion I would have rated them "A" in this category.
