Description of Work: Had LeafGuard Gutters put on my whole house, and they work great. Haven't been out there on a ladder since then. All their work went right on schedule and was done very well.

Description of Work: We only had them come out and give us an estimate for sanding and staining our deck. They were WAY overpriced and included a $390 "production fee". I asked what it was and he said it was added on to all jobs even if you only needed $100 worth of work done. What a rip off. We will not be having them come back for ANY estimates. We are looking at redoing our kitchen in the next couple of years but will not have them included in any estimates.

Description of Work: I could not get anyone to come out to do an estimate on our roof for a month. then they said they were 10 to 12 weeks out to start the project which would be smack in the middle of winter. I think they are over extended and cannot handle all the inquiries that come their way. I will not be able to use them as we cannot wait that long for a new roof. Their scheduling department said they had so much business from the state fair that they could not send anyone out sooner or start the project in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Installed Sun Tunnels in my kitchen and hallway.

Description of Work: Vinyl siding, Season guard windows, Leafguard gutters, insulation, and miscellaneous repair work. The project was done in November, 2012 thru January, 2013. We had some scheduling issues due to deer season in Wisconsin. The work done was excellent and we understood the delays as we have friends in Wisconsin and know and appreciate the importance of Deer Season.

Description of Work: Replaced siding, soffit, fascia, garage window and furnace pipe cap. Installed clad moulding on side garage door and installed attic air chutes. The completed job met our expectations. Eric and Neil, the on-site carpenters, were professional and quality conscious. The frequent rain messed up the schedule and required flexibility on everyone's part.

Description of Work: Gutters were installed 4 months after they were promised. Vendor held down payment without any consideration to customer. I'm happy with the final product and quality of installation, just upset about having to do all the contacting and waiting.

Description of Work: I have had problems since Lindus has worked on my home, I am still trying to get problems resolved with no success. |1. Reroofed my home, all the flashing was to be replaced. To date all the flashing has not been replaced. I have had 4 instances of water leaks all because of poor workmanship. I was told that the damage done to the sheetrock and ceiling would be repaired at Lindus expense, this has not been done yet. |2. Installed ventilating soffice to my home. Per the salesman the siding was to be cut back to the plywood sheathing. When the workers began the installation they did not cut back the siding the soffice pieces were just nailed to the siding, if I ever need to do any siding work I will have to take the soffice all down. Workers did not install chutes in the rafter bay resulting in dead air spots and ice dams, this ended up closing off some rafter bays and now I have ice dams half way up my roof. When I complained I was told that the salesman didn't know anything that he was just a gutter salesman, this is the way we always do it. As for the ice dams I was told that an insulation/ventilation expert would come and look at the problem, that was over two months ago and I haven't seen or heard from them. One of the ice dams caused a leak into my home, in addition to the leaks mentioned above. No mention was made as to repairing the damage caused by the ice dam. As for the ice dams I was told to put heat tape on the roof. |3. Seamless Leaf Guard gutters were installed. The gutters leak at every end cap and 90 degree turn. |4. Cement board siding was installed on the gable ends of the house. This is the only thing that I haven't had a problem with yet.

Description of Work: Linus put on a new roof and replaced the gutters on my home. Insurance paid for the gutters, but the roof was just old. Fantastic group of guys! They work as a well-oiled machine. Very friendly and explained all to me. It looks great!

Description of Work: Replaced a roof that sustained storm damage and put on new gutters.

Description of Work: We had Leafguard gutter installed on our house about 5 years ago. Recently we noticed birds building a nest in the gutter. I called Midwest LeafGuard about it. The lady said that they would send a crew over when they were in the neighborhood. About a week and a half later, a note was left saying "We removed the birds nest". Their response to our problem was quick and amicable. Great company and people.

Description of Work: I have heard many good things about the company so I called them for an estimate to insulate my attic. After making an appointment they sent out a reminder card and called prior to the appointment. They were very professional, punctual, and explained all the details of completeing the job. I have received other estimates and they have been one of the highest in price so far. I do look at quality therefore price is not always the only factor in my final decision. At this point I would call the company for other construction needs.

Description of Work: Lindus constructions bid on GAF roofing was 33 % above that of the company we contracted for the project for the exact same roofing and with the same 50 year warranty. Ronald F Voltin
