ERICKSON CONSTRUCTION

We had worked with Bruce Erickson before, putting in a new basement under our house. Planning went OK, though I was initially disturbed by the lack of detail. Now we asked him to put in a new shower/bath and sink in our bathroom. We bought everything he said was necessary and asked when he would be over to begin work. He said "Monday." So we took everything out of the bathroom, took to brushing our teeth etc in the kitchen. But he didn't come on Monday. Or the next Monday. Or the next. We kept calling him, when are you going to come? And it was always, Monday. Monday became synonymous with "next year." But since he kept saying he was coming, we didn't move our things back into the bathroom. He caused us this inconvenience for many months. Then when I had previously posted complaints about this treatment online, he used family ties to bully me into taking the posts down. He did eventually get the work done. And it was fine, except he used the wrong caulk on the bathtub, and didn't even finish the caulking, which caused problems very soon afterward.
