Anderson Painting

Daniel showed up at the exact time he stated.  He was totally prepared and did a fabulous job!  He followed up with confirming calls and had everything he needed to do the job.  I will definitely use him again as he's professional and did the job in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable rate.  I have already had him quote me on the rest of the lower level which, again, the price is very reasonable. 

Anderson Painting had an Angie's list special on interior painting.  I had some questions, but did not send them out until the last day of the special which was a Sunday.  Dan Anderson honored the Angie's List special price and in fact applied more than one discount even though the questions were not answered nor the decision made until after the special.  That was just the first step of a very rewarding experience.  We had always done the wall painting ourselves.  What a surprise to find out a good, professional painter like Dan tries to get the underlying walls in the best shape possible to display the quality paint to an advantage.  They fill in the cracks and nicks and sand them smooth.  We even had a problem wall with a section that had been replaced or worked on extensively.
I didn't really notice it until Dan pointed it out and said he could mud it out and sand it to make it much more presentable.  He and his other guy just made the walls look absolutely fabulous - I can't wait to move into my beautiful new town home.  What a difference a quality paint job, with such attention to detail makes. I would definitely recommend Anderson Painting of  Hudson, WI to anyone.

After doing much of a remodel job myself, (at least the unskilled parts - removing soffits in the kitchen and closet walls in the front entry), I needed someone to complete the painting for me.   Dan provided me with a detailed and very competitive quote and was able to start the work to meet our schedule.
Dan removed wall paper from the dining room, painted the vaulted ceiling in our family room, and primed and painted all the walls on the main floor.   Since wall paper had been removed from the main floor (some of which I had done) Dan made repairs where needed and used oil base primer to prep the walls for the finish coat painting.  Then Dan applied two coats of paint on the walls and made additional repairs to fix wall imperfections betweeen the coats.  We are very happy with the finished product!
In addition we were very happy with the process of getting the work done.  Dan kept us informed of when he would be working on our project and also clearly described how he planned to complete the work.

The process was as painless as possible for us, and Dan was very careful to clean up all the equipment at the end of each day.  He's a very detail-oriented person and made sure that everything was just right and up to our expectations at the end of the project.  I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family.

With one week to go before putting our house on the market, our realtor suggested to re-paint the entry.  We certainly were not going to try and tackle it ourselves with a split level vaulted ceiling.  I called and left a frantic message on the Friday before Labor Day that we need help ASAP. Dan called me back shortly thereafter, we talked about what we needed done in the house, and if we were available, he offered to come do the work on Monday (Labor Day).  Absolutely!  We talked about pricing, colors, and the plan for Monday starting at 8am.  Dan was here right on time.  We did a walk-through of what we needed done and Dan immediately got to work.  He is fast, efficient, accommodating, and a really hard worker.  Great quality workmanship all-around.  When it came time to pay, Dan walked me through the charges (including the  Angie's List discount), showed me receipts for the supplies - all was exactly as expected - no hidden charges!  On top of everything, Dan is just a really nice guy.  Everything about this project turned out wonderfully.  Hire Dan and don't look back - you will have a great experience.  Thank you, Dan!

I hired Dan to paint - he did SO much more than that!  We had just moved out and are fixing up some things in order to rent out  our place so there were some places where I had patched walls/needed to patch walls.  Dan was there painting while I was at work and when I got home he had also sanded and painted over my patches; as well as patching some spots for me, sanding and painting them.  I couldn't believe it - so unexpected and greatly appreciated.  Dan responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was able to schedule a time to come check out the walls I needed painted within 2 days; the work was scheduled for the next week which was so much quicker than I ever imagined.  Prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with.  I will definitely be using his services again in the future and have already recommended him to others.

.     Overall, we we're very pleased with their work and the positive attitude with which they addressed the job.

we're very respectfull of our property and possessions.  We would definitely invite them back and would

The bedroom that was painted has knotty pine paneling and Anderson Painting did an excellant job of priming and painting the walls and trim. The room looks amazing! Anderson Painting has done work for us before and has always been reliable and does an excellant job. I would highly recommend Anderson Painting!

I had trouble sorting out the two colors I wanted.  Dan and his staff painted sample walls so I could see how the light and dark affected the color.  They painted 5 or six colors on full walls before I was done!  They kept working on the ceilings and trim while I made up my mind on the colors.  I appreciated the advice on types of paint.  Dan always arrived at the time he told us.  He handled a contractor who sprayed the texture.  All my kitchen cabinet, floors, carpet and furniture were always covered.  Every evening they cleaned up so we could have some semblance of a home again!  I really had fun working with a wonderful professional.

Showed up for estimate when he said, estimate was done when promised!  Showed up on ime, did GREAT work.  Very neat .  COULD NOT HAVE EXPECTED MORE, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

Dan had painted the outside of our house twice. We asked him to do interior painting. Both projects involved a brief time window which Dan was able to accommodate.

Excellent! Fast, efficient work with superior attention to detail. They even caulked areas around windows before painting. Overall a very neat and professional paint job. We will definitely use them again.

Dan has been great to work with every time we have hired him. He promptly answers phone calls, gets his quotes out quickly, and is easy to schedule. For this particular job, he arrived punctually and immediately assisted my in moving some of the larger pieces of furniture (my husband was out of town). He was careful to double check the paint colors and specifications of the job before he started. He kept his work area clean and worked around me and my four children as we went about our daily routine. Dan and Jeremy took few, short breaks and work very steadily throughout the two days required to get the job done. At the end of both days the thoroughly cleaned up their work area and returned as much of the furniture and fixtures to their original locations as possible. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and around my children. They are wonderful, hardworking men and I have recommended them to many of my friends.

Everything went excellently. Dan and two assistants spent 4 days on this job. Every detail was taken care of, including removal and replacement of electrical fixtures. The environment was totally clean each evening.
