Description of Work: I contacted Chewy & Tao by phone several times to set up a visit for my roof. I scheduled an appointment with Chewy & Tao, and they never showed up. I called back and spoke to another employee, and she assured me that one of the roofers would get in touch with me. They never called, so I did not use this company.

Description of Work: Excellent job. Only complaint/issue was how long it took to get the job done once we contracted with them. We incurred water damage from heavy rains in early September. We contracted in July. Hoped work would be done sooner. Our fault for waiting too long to replace the roof but for a job that only took four hours to do it would have been nice to have had it done soooner and the water damage could have been avoided.

 + -1 moreA fantastic experience all around. The estimate process was great, timely and fit into our schedule. The price was right inline with our budget. We scheduled a date for the project that also fit into our schedule. As the project date approached, there was a lot of rain in the forecast for the scheduled date. Chewy called the day before the project was scheduled to start and asked if they could start a day earlier. Wanting to avoid the rain, we went for it. The crew showed up and tackled the project. The tearoff was uneventful. Teo invited me up on the roof to point out some problem areas that would need extra attention, and explained what was wrong and why it should be replaced. They tore out and replaced the bad OSB, made some additional repairs around a skylight, then laid the tar paper. A few more crew showed up for the shingling process and it was like a fine-tuned machine from there on out. Everyone had a job, and everyone worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Very professional, lots of attention to detail. Job site cleanup afterward was great, and the entire crew was hard working and very pleasant. Final job cost was a bit more than the estimate because of the extra repairs. This was expected and was very reasonable and fair. There were no surprises. As expected, the rain arrived the next day and we sat smiling in our very dry house. Absolutely recommended, Chewy and Teo were great to work with and they run a quality operation. A++

Description of Work: They responded to our call on the same day we made it. By the same afternoon, they stopped by to provide an estimate and inform us of the scope of the job. We knew the roof was in very bad condition and their assesment and estimate were well within our perception of what was needed. Within two days they came to do the job. They removed all of the old shingles and replaced some of the sub roofing, which was rotted. Prior to actually replacing the sub roofing, they invited us up to the roof to inspect it for ourselves, which we liked. They finished the next day and cleaned up the area very well. There was no evidence that any work had been done, except for a nice new roof. All of their employees were cheerful and conversive. We felt like they were friends when they left.
