I wish I would have contacted them sooner. If you're like me and went with the bigger names before this company... it's NOT too late to switch. Bite the bullet and let Hurlburt go and use Comfort and Cooling! They communicate much much better than the other company. Ever since starting with Hurlburt it felt like they try to scam you in every way! Not this company. And during their visit they found numerous things that Hurlburt either completed missed, or was not interested in sharing with us. Will continue using this company going forward! 10/10

I love these guys! The other day (94 degrees) our AC went out at about 7 PM. The next morning, my husband called Comfort (who we knew of from when our furnace was replaced a month ago) at about 7:30 AM and they had someone over by 8:30 that morning to look at the issue. They had it fixed in about a half hour! I definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling work and plan to use them again in the future!

We really enjoyed working with Comfort Heating and Cooling! Jed was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the furnace that would best fit what we were looking for. When I explained that I was worried about my birds with the new furnace being put in, Jed worked with me to come up with a solution that would actually have them running the furnace at the job for a few hours so the â new furnace smellâ wouldnâ t bother them. Trevor, Terry, and Josh did an excellent job installing our two stage furnace and helped me to understand all of our upkeep (filter, light changes) Iâ d need to keep track of. The entire furnace installation and additional options we chose (humidifier, air purifier) were very affordable! I recommend working with this company and plan to continue any future business with them!

How wonderful this company is! I was really suffering from the heat, and when they were finished, the house felt so much better!
