"We strive always to give our customers the best service and products possible. After a through evaluation of this customers preexisting gutters and guard system we made recommendations that would address both of his complaints 1. water running over the preexisting guard and 2. Excessive Ice build up running over onto walk areas in the winter. The following changes were made to his system. 1. We replaced a 54 foot section of the existing gutter guard with a product that the water would not run over during rain. 2. We added a heat tape in the north area to eliminate Ice build up on the walk way in the winter. 3. We cleaned off all the rest of the existing gutters. Pricing was as follows: New Gutter Guard $216, New 60' Heat Tape Installed $180.00, Clean Complete Gutter System $150.00. Total for project $546.00. The following Narrative was provided because we take great pride in our "A" Rating!"
