It was -4 Fahrenheit in the middle of the night in January. My furnace stopped firing up. I called Dan at 1:30 am on Sunday. Explain problem. Brian was in my house at 2:35. Worked for an hour and fixed the problem. The water that the combustion produces froze in exit pipe. I have been working with Dan’s company for two years now. (installing AC, changing furnace) You can not find more honest, hardworking, fast, courteous and cost-effective service and people. They did not charge me because furnace was on warranty. The installation was flawless and the unit worked perfect. While we were gone to FL for the winter, the unit kept the house at the temp set and met all and more of our expectations during the worst winter Wisconsin has experienced in decades.
