Penn Plumbing

Did not go well. I had to hire another plumber to correct the leaky pipe under the cement floor in the basement.

Mr. Penniston was one of three estimates i got before getting the work done. His was the best price of the three. One reason for the lower price is the other two were larger companies with overhead. I picked Penn Plumbing since he was a family owned business, talked me through everything during the estimate, wrote everything down and drove over an hour to work for me. He was very friendly and down to earth. As a single women I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. He completed the main plumbing in two days and was very punctual and worked hard throughout the entire day. He removed the old materials and carried all the heavy material down to the basement. After several weeks I had him come back to finish the bathroom and he made time to come on a Sat. with no extra charge and no charge for mileage. He was great and I have already recommended him to someone in my family. I would hire him again and again.
