This was a big job for a single family house - with the attached oversized garage, we have a LOT of roof area. Plus parts of the house had very little insulation - a big problem in this extremely cold climate. Owner came out very quickly to do an estimate, and we received the bid the following day. The warranty is excellent. The job was finished in less than a week, and as I said, it was a huge job. AND it was a holiday week. Owner sized up the job perfectly and the crew size was spot on for all aspects of the job. They did the job correctly - the previous roof leaked constantly around the chimney, but the new roof is water-tight and we haven't had a problem in the year since the job was done. Site was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and crew leader kept us informed of what was being done. We're very happy with the job that was done. One slight problem we noticed after install was handled immediately - owner sent a crew out that day.
Description of Work: Complete tear off of old roof including boards, change of roof line, added insulation.

Description of Work: The provider was super prompt in coming around to give me an estimate and the estimate was delivered in a very professional packet in great detail. Although I decided to use another roofer, I was impressed with the response to my request.
