Purchased a total of eight windows and a patio door from Wisconsin Window Pros on 4/6/16. Was told they would be done in four to five weeks...we finally had windows installed on 6/14 & 6/15. Asked installer about a few issued of excess caulk on windows before he left. Told us to take razor to them and clean them (almost every window had this issue). Upon trying to clean excess caulk off we noticed other damage to a screen and patio door (scratch in window and frame damage). Notified Wisconsin Window Pros on 6/20/16 and they set up appointment for Friday 6/24 to inspect (husband took time off to make sure he was there for appointment). Wisconsin Window Pros cancelled due to emergency. Following week we were told they were busy and could not make any of the times we were available and then they were on vacation. Sent pictures to Wisconsin Window Pros week of 6/27/16....heard nothing until we called on 7/13/16. Said they had sent us message that they would be coming the next day at 9:30 in the morning...asked why as we would not be there and they never confirmed appointment. Rescheduled appointment again for Friday at 12:30 and again received a call that they would be late (did show though). Took pictures and called corporate to discuss and was told we would get call from Corporate. Today is 7/22/16 and we called Wisconsin Window Pros Appleton yesterday and they said we needed to be patient that they were discussing what could be done. We have yet to hear from Corporate themselves. No repairs to windows have been done and not to mention all the mistakes the installers did...removed hangers, railings, steps, etc did not put back, put siding on incorrectly so that holes did not line back up. It has been over a month since we contacted Window Pros with the issues and yet nothing has been taken care of and we have not informed how it will be taken care of.

We worked with Jody and he wasn't pushy at all. He came over and showed us the window and did a demo. We knew before he left we wanted to go with Wisconsin Window Pro. We had 4 other companies come out. After we ordered our Windows they came in the timeframe promised which was 6 weeks. The guys who installed did a professional job. Jody contacted us to see if we liked them and if we had any issues. Our two bathroom windows were not supposed to be tinted on the top. He reordered the right ones and had them in a couple of weeks. Jody came over personally and placed them. We are very happy with the service and if we need windows in the future plan to go back.

Many good things. Jody was the only salesman (I interviewed 5 companies) who explained that I needed tempered glass for specific windows. Compared with other vinyl window replacements, he demonstrated a better quality product. Cost was lower than for other comparable windows. Work was completed on time, neatly and professionally. One worker had a personal emergency, yet instead of cancelling the date of my appointment, he followed through with the planned schedule. I'm rather "particular", so am very happy to give a strongly positive review. I have already recommended this company to another couple.

Very well, the production was backed up due to the area hail storm but we are very happy with the windows, the service, and the price.

Salesman was knowledgeable without being pushy. Install team was a bit late, but they did let me know before they were due that they were running behind. They came in and took care of business efficiently. There is one outstanding small problem with one window, but the part will be in soon and they will be back to finish the job. One minor problem was with the finishing touches. They left a few stickers and smudges on the windows that could have been removed, but nothing a little elbow grease on my part couldn't take care of. They also did a good job cleaning up all debris and mess they created during their work, there was nothing left behind. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. Everything ended up absolutely great. I'm satisfied with the windows and installation. I'm retired so I was here when they were installing the windows and everything went fine.

They were excellent. We chose them because we found them on Angie's list with a higher reviews. The job was done very well, they cleaned up after, and my husband is a perfectionist and me too. Overall experience, I will probably give them a B+.

They were very professional and went over everything there was to know about windows. I really appreciated that this was not a pushy sales pitch. Jody was always on time and always responded promptly to questions I had after he left via e-mail or a phone call. Because of sticker shock, we still haven't purchased the windows but hopefully will before summer is over.

We contacted Wisconsin Window Pros after seeing a professional ad they had placed on Craig's List. In speaking with their regional representative, Danny Gast, we set up a meeting with him to see the windows they offered first hand and to go over our options and the costs. Ultimately we chose to go with one of the options Danny had presented, and Danny went on to set up installation for us with the company's local contractor, Lee. Lee came as scheduled to remove and dispose of our extremely old, cracked windows and replaced them with the beautiful new windows we had chosen, also replacing all of the trim on the outside of the house, dramatically improving both the functionality and appearance of our house. Lee was very accommodating, helpful, and thorough during his work at our home as well as answering questions before and after the install. He made quick work of the five new windows he installed and made sure we were well taken care of. As for the windows, we love them! Before contacting Wisconsin Window Pros, we had 50+ year old windows in a 110+ year old house. The windows did not open, they were cracked and dangerous and very drafty. Since the install, we have been enjoying the fresh air through the handsome new windows, the extreme ease of cleaning (as they fully latch down to clean inside the home,) and the beauty and charm the windows restored to our home. Additionally, during the final cold days of winter and spring, we didn't have any sort of draft from the new windows. We would also like to mention, in our previous home, which was new construction, we purchased windows from a different, more expensive company and were quite dissatisfied with their performance and durability. This time around, we are so glad we chose the Wisconsin Window Pros and plan to go with them to replace more windows later this summer and next.
