Everything about this roofing experience was better than expected. They were able to schedule us in quickly and the price was fair. The team worked so hard I barely saw them take a break. Afterwards the yard was clean and additional items on the driveway removed promptly. I would highly recommend Valley Exteriors.

They assessed and estimated the cost within days of my inquiry as to whether they could or would do this repair. Within days the issue was fixed at a reasonable cost. Two of the nicest people, Ian (owner) and Dan (repair person). I highly recommend Valley Exteriors.

Review of Valley Exteriors, (Roofing Division) I was initially contacted by Simon Nielsen (Estimator - work no. 920-809-7600) and received an all inclusive, formal, and competitive quote. Simon was very professional and courteous. A crew of six workers showed up on time (Oscarâ s Crew) and immediately began hanging nets and tarps to protect the house and lawn. They proceeded to remove two layers of old roofing while loading the discarded shingles into a large trailer for disposal. The new roof install started with the install of new drip edge/gutter apron over a synthetic felt. This was followed by a universal starter strip, and an ice & water shield (2 rows) around the perimeter. The roof vents were removed and holes patched followed by an all new ridge vent installed across the top of the roof. The GAF HDZ Architectural shingles are a stunning look and I now have the most attractive roof in the neighborhood!!! Thanks to Oscarâ s Crew, Simon, Darlene, and Martin. In July of 2018, our home needed new siding due to our rotting cedar siding. Ian from Valley Exteriors came out to our house. He was honest in telling us that they were booked straight through to 2019. He created a 3D model of our home and sent it to me through email to try different types of product. Early 2019, Ian showed us several different types of siding. When we made our final decision we were presented with the estimate of cost and a timeline. The job began on time. We were extremely pleased with the crew that came to work on the job. The foreman, Dan, kept us informed of progress made and asked if there were any adjustments to completed work. The job was completed on time to our satisfaction. What we loved about all of this was the communication from the entire staff at Valley Exteriors. They were honest with all costs and timelines. If we had any questions, they were promptly answered. This year we needed gutters and a gutter cover. We called Valley Exterior. Their estimate came in 10k under the local gutter place for the same materials. Also they were able to place the downspouts on the sides of the house. The other company insisted that they had to be on the front of the house. It was a no brainer. We couldnâ t have been more satisfied with the end results. The crew finished the job on time and the cost was exact to the estimate. This company stands behind its work and truly wants their customers to be happy. I would recommend them to everyone. I know why they are always booked out â because they are that good. Now on to our windows â we will be calling them again!

Workers showed up early and got right to work, but they the trailer full of waste was left in my driveway overnight. Overall I'm pleased with the new roof.

Thanks Valley Exteriors for an absolutely awesome siding job! From the initial estimate to the very helpful input for picking out colors to getting things scheduled, Ian's patience and promptness was appreciated more than he may ever know. In regards to the actual work, when Ian said Dan (The Lead Installer) would be more concerned about our house than we are, he wasn't kidding. Wow! The attention to detail by Dan and his team was nothing short of amazing. Not very cooperative as I had damage form a roof leak after the new roof. Advised he wasn't responsible for the leak and he was. He wanted to have some one to look at it. Ross advised it and he advised wasn't the roof but gutters and the damage was from the work done on the roof.

In April, Ian from Valley Exteriors came to chat about redoing the siding and windows on our home. He was professional, patient, and a wealth of knowledge in ever conversation we had. We had a quote within a week, and it was as close as you could get to the equity in our home, so we decided to work on financing. Valley Exteriors was understanding of the time frame especially with the pandemic, and everything happening. Ian soon brought Dan St. Louis by to take a look at the work that needed to be done and immediately they were both excited to help. Instead of leaving/moving from our 124 year old home we decided we were going to give it a major facelift. In July siding tear off began and Joel's crew was more than respectful and did fantastic work. From August through September Dan and Wes worked diligently to complete a replication of what our house was prior with four colors making this painted lady something people dream of having. They took extra care when doing the windows and were respectful of the health of our family. We added new posts, gutters and downspouts, updating lighting on the porch, added scallops, and fixed all the garage along with a laundry list of other little things that made this project incredible and PERFECT. I can not say enough about this company, I am happy that we decided to go with Valley Exteriors and know who I will call when the next project is scheduled.

Ian came quickly to give an estimate. He gave us a computer program, so we could see the siding colors and types on our house. He offered many choices and colors. One drawback was that it took longer to install than we expected. The installer and crew were professional, courteous, and very friendly. The finished project was beyond our expectations.

The finished project turned out really nice and we are very happy with it, but there were a couple of issues. I had purchased six new hinges to replace the six that were on my shed. After he went to install them, he said the new ones weren't heavy-very enough to work. But then he replaced only four of the six originals, which made me wonder how four of the original six were stronger than six new ones. And the two originals as well as all six of the new ones were not left behind when the crew was done with the job. And it took two or three weeks to get them to take away last of the trash. All in all, we are happy with the finished job, and would recommend them. The sales rep that was our main contact was friendly and helpful and offered options .

I had a terrible leak in my kitchen and every time it rain the water was pouring in over the top of my refrigerator. David came out right away and help me pick out the shingles and we settled on a price which was very reasonable. He was such a nice guy and he got me scheduled in sooner because of the bad leak. The guys that came out to do the roof did such a great job! They worked so hard and got it finished in no time at all . They cleaned up everything and they also did the gutters. I am very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them!

Valley Exteriors just completed our roof. They gave us a very competitive price and used the same high-quality materials which a much more expensive company was going to use. Matt patiently answered all our questions and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. The work crew was experienced and very nice.
