Good looking product.great crew I wish we could've come up with a better solution for the difference in thickness between the new roof and old one.it did leave a gap between roof and siding in one place. But I would recommend them but ask about flashing if you end up having more layers the you are expecting.

The Valley Exterior team was awesome to work with. Ian, Dan, Wes, Nate & Berto did a remarkable job on our siding project. They transformed my home to something I would of never imagined as they respected my home and my family -Brody ,Leelah & Linus too. They loved all the dog treats Dan brought for them. No pressure sale and Ian was here multiple times a day checking on everything. This team takes a lot of pride in their product and service. They restored my faith in contractors again after a bad experience last year with another remodel project. I will always keep them in mind for future projects.

Ed from Valley Exteriors came out and provided a competitive bid to do a roofing job on my 1879 built Victorian style home. It was not an easy job with a lot of angle and dormers on a mansard style roof. Martine (installer) did an excellent job, was very personable and made sure I was a happy customer. The job was well done. I can highly recommend both Valley Exteriors.

Job was started sooner than planned. Ron the installer was friendly and knows what he is doing! Jobsite was cleaned up when finished. Bid came under all the other roofers I contacted.

Our rep was Matthew Kemp. He was very helpful, professional and quick to respond to our questions. He was the reason we chose Valley Exteriors. They completed our roof in one day, and the crew did a beautiful job!

Ian was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and patient and took care of all of my questions and concerns. He was very flexible and helpful during our decision making process. Competitive pricing, but they were willing to price match a competitor. Install went well, although I found a few items after install that I asked they fix, and I've noticed a few minor details that I've had to take care of myself. Regardless, I'm still happy with the end result and would recommend Valley Exteriors for your exterior work.

There were a number of problems with our roof. The weather was also a factor during the repairs. The crew from Valley Exteriors handled the issues and never grumbled. Thanks for all the hard work.

Matt was the coordinator for our siding project. He gave us great customer service. He would return our calls and texts immediately and take care of any concerns we had.

Ed was pleasant to work with. Valley Exteriors completed a roof replacement for my house late last year in November. I chose this company as they were using reputable products w/ warranties. They also seemed to have attention to detail prior to the job starting which was held throughout the project. You can tell they invest in quality and customer feedback. There was a small mishap w/ parking but it was partly my fault, however I do believe they could have approached the situation in a better way. They also started 2 weeks later than planned, but it was due to weather issues, so their employees were working a few days/week to complete it. I also have dogs and they worked with that to the best of their ability. Cleanup was good, some nails/debris left over is expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and I may use them down the road for siding. The roof looks 10x better and they did a great job.

Matt and his crew were excellent to work with. The weather wasn’t cooperative but they worked a Saturday to get back on schedule. Matt was always available and had answers to all our questions. We would definitely recommend Valley Exteriors for a siding project. Tom & Linda

Matt and Dan from Valley Exteriors were excellent to work with. Prompt, responsive & customer focused. The repair was completed timely and I was very happy with the quality of the repair as well. The cost was higher then I would have hoped for but I am willing to pay slightly more for superior customer service and quality craftsmanship.

I hired Valley exteriors to re-side my house and I could not be happier with the results. I worked with Matt and he was very accommodating with my schedule and my questions. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. Both customer service and quality of work were excellent. I definitely recommend Valley exteriors.

We had quite a few months between getting estimates and actually having our garage reroofed. Ed (the owner) was really great to communicate with. He answered emails quickly and was patient with us taking so long to move forward. Our final cost was right on with the estimate. The roof looks really nice and I have peace of mind it will hold up due to the warranty The cleanup done after the job was impeccable - I have not found anything I need to clean up and I like that!! We will need our house roof redone in a number of years and will likely use Valley Exteriors for that job too.

Our Contractor and point off contact Ian was GREAT to work with. Unfortunately the subcontractors he used were not. I don’t think he will be using them in the future. They took 3 weeks to do a project that was estimated to take 1-2 days. (Less than 4 squares of “cedar shake” vinyl). Also in the end, Ian had to bring in someone else to inspect their work and fix a spot. As stated though, over all I would recommend Ian and Valley Exteriors to anyone. He had reasonable prices and came in at budget even with the delays.

Dan St Louis is one of the best siding installer we have ever had to do business with. Very detail orientated, professional & knowledgeable. He took off the 30 year old cedar boards & installed beautiful vinyl cedar shakes on the front of our home. Excellent trim work above and beyond what we were expecting. We would highly recommend Valley Exteriors to any one looking for outdoor home improvements.

We told them we had company coming and Ed Campbell had his crew worked through weather issues and weekends to get the job done on time. Company is here now and the job is complete. Thank you Ed and crew.

There was no high pressure selling and explained in full what they would do, and they did what they said they would. Very competitive pricing, quality materials and workmanship. They paid attention to the small details. I'm Very pleased with their work and will hire them again for another project I have in mind!
