Description of Work: Had their services for several years and was generally pleased with the work performed until this past year. In Spring we had so much rain, we had puddles in our yard. Trugreen left a note that our lawn looked dry and needed to be watered. This summer they advised us that we had a lot of weeds in our lawn.....isn't that we what we had been hiring them to do the past years? The last time they over fertilized our lawn leaving burn spot and ruining some of our plants. We will be doing our own lawn until we can find another company we feel confident about.

+ -1 moreIt took over 3 weeks to receive the first application. I was disappointed due to the timing and when a scheduled application was not done for unknown reason, I had to reach out to them to get it rescheduled.
Description of Work: I needed yard to be sprayed to get weeds under control.

+ -1 moreThey're expensive. Quality is not bad. They show up, do their thing and I never really talk to them. Whenever I get a message that they are going to show up, they're there. They used to give a heads up on when they were going to be here and now they don't. So if I think I'm going to mow my lawn they show up and oh you can't touch the lawn for 2 days.

Description of Work: Took care of weeds and fertilized my lawn. Did a very nice job. The service man (Local) is very fine and through. I don't like their telephone system. They call too soon to date of service to respond then you have to go through hoops to talk to someone, but the service guy calls the day before and takes care of any service date changes. Very good service based on the personnel that do the job. I cancel once in a while due to it being too dry to service IMO and the service guy understands. They have 2 billing set-ups which has caused me problems over the years but we finally got that straightened out.

+ 0 moreI pay $72 an application. They do a good job with the weeds. I don't have any weeds. The grass is always green. I'm happy with it. They call me and let me know they're coming. When they're here, they do their job. I've been using them for many years.
Description of Work: I just had Trugreen do my lawn. They do the weed and seed. They do it every year. They do four to five applications in a year.

Description of Work: Since I started using them, my yard was introduced to many weeds that are very prolific and extremely hard to get rid of. When I asked them about this they said it was nothing they did, yet I never had crab grass, etc.

+ -1 moreGREAT! On time, called ahead as asked, provided the lawn signs, listened to my needs, were professional and courteous and when I call back- they always answer- they are friendly and always answer my questions.....if they don't know the answer- they get one for me.
Description of Work: Applied fertilizer to the lawn and gavce me a complete analysis of what they thoguht I neede plus answered all my questions and listened to my needs. They called ahead as needed for me and when I called back with questions--they were very helpfuland professional.

+ -1 moreI have had good experiences with them. They leave a door hanger at the door which has their name and the person that actually came out and they would write personal notes on it. They seem very customer oriented, which is nice.

+ -1 moreI contracted them for the whole summer so they have been here about 4 or 5 times. They did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job. My lawn is thick and green so I have been happy with them. They do continually pester me over the phone with sales calls about other services that I don't want. I will probably continue to use them.
