This was the first time I had met Tim and he was great - on time, professional and I would highly recommend him. Will use again in the future.

Tim Rausch Plumping did a great job installing a shower and running piping for our basement bathroom. The guys were very professional and asked questions to make sure they were doing what I had envisioned for the bathroom. I would definitely work with this company again.

It could not go better, I called at about 3:45pm, I had a new water heater by 6:30pm. I wish the price was a bit lower but for the most part this was an emergency and they got the job done leaving the work area in better condition than they found it in, they were great!

I could not have gotten the job done without Tim. He found excavators to do the digging and when one backed out he found another one. He advocated for me, the homeowner, when the excavator wanted to delay the job in order to do another job, which at the time my water pressure was so low due to a burst line that I couldn't even get my shower to run. Nobody I trust more to do my plumbing than Tim.

The work and creativity were outstanding. The work was performed on time with minimal impact to the living areas.

Prompt response to request for quote. Reasonable price; showed up on schedule and performed the work requested. Left a small/ minor mess on basement floor ( solder drippings), which is why professionalism was rated B instead of A.

Everything was good; there were no problems. They were prompt in everything they promised to do and quick. Everything went smoothly. I went with them because I saw good comments and reviews on the website.

All of the employees were on time, knowledgable, cleaned up daily after they were done. The work was completed timely and it was done professionally with quality materials and products. Thank you all for a job well done

They asked me to schedule another visit as that job would take longer. I did call and leave a msg to reschedule but never heard back. The leak is minimal, so I'm in no hurry. Haven't received a bill yet. Matthew was very kind, respectful, and professional. Would certainly call them again for any plumbing needs.

When I open the door to my furnace room in my basement I noticed a pool of water around the furnace this evening. After some checking around the house I realized that it might be a plumbing backup issue, since it was near drain area. My house is about eight years. I called Tim this evening at 8:30 pm and he immediately knew what the problem was after my brief description of the issue. In order to save me service call fee he offered to immediately call me back on FaceTime on my iPhone and had me remove the furnace panel. He mentioned since my house is eight years old, it had a high-efficiency furnace and water was draining through the condensate line and that that was most likely the source of the water issue. Sure enough, as I pulled the panel off, I noticed water rapidly dripping from a loose connection on the hose. He recommended getting a better hose clasp system at the hardware. Tim was such a help and extremely knowledgeable! I'll definitely be calling him in the future!

I was not able to get home until after 9:30pm and he stayed up late to wait for my call to show him the issue. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in calling him for any plumbing issue. In this day and age you find very few folks that go out of their way to help you for nothing, thank you very much Tim!

EXCELLENT. PLUMBER ARRIVED ON TIME, REMOVED HAIR, AND LEFT THINGS CLEAN.

He did a great job and we liked him so well that we hired him to do the plumbing in our garage as well. He tried to fix a faucet once and when the fix did not take, he included a new one and did not charge me for it. His customer service is outstanding and we would highly recommend him.

Work was done fast and within estimate. Kept me informed through the whole project. very happy with work and final outcome. Looks Great!!

All I can say is Tim knows is stuff. After meeting with Tim, he gave me a run down on his business and how it works when I call for services, should they arise. One thing that came out of my meeting is:" the staff he employs". He has a very knowledgeable staff with many years of experience. Just what I am looking for when the need arises for plumbing work.

Faucet installation went OK. When the plumber installed the water filter, he ran into a problem with a leak with the reverse osmosis system. He did not have anything to fix it with. He shut off the valve to the reverse osmosis system which also shut off the water supply to the ice maker of the refrigerator. He gave me the bill and I paid it and he left holding me with a problem. That should not have happened. I call a plumber because I don't or can't deal with a plumbing problem but this person just walked away from it with no followup. I won't use this company again because of this and an earlier incident.

The project was completed on time and within budget. It is a wonderful addition to the home.

Every employee of Tim Rausch Plumbing that has worked on our home has been highly professional and exemplary. We have had multiple services performed by TRP in our home and in each case the quality of the work was first rate. Scheduling is friendly, efficient and prompt, the work is started on the date and at the time scheduled and the work is performed quickly and professionally. Finally, when the work is completed the work areas were cleaned such that you would not know that the work was performed.

They gave us an estimate, sent us to a subcontractor for flooring and countertop selection, told us there was a sale on the shower we had selected and then did an excellent job of the construction. We are very pleased.

Purchased a Hot Water heater from Lowes as well as the to have them install it. Lowes used Rausch Plumbing for the installation work. Work was quick, good quality and professional. The cost for the job was the standard Lowes installation fee used for this area.

I put in a new sink and could not get the drain to quit leaking. I called Rausch Plumbing to come and fix it. They told me they would give me an estimate before they began the work. They were there within 2 hours. He gave me an estimate of $95 including parts. I said okay and he went right to work. In about half an hour he was done. Charge was $95 plus tax. Very good job.
