Up until the installation of the entry, it went fine. However we noticed early after the installation (during our first storm) that water came in through the storm door edges. There was no seal. We asked Tiltin to come out to look at it. About a week later they came out. They were to call me so that I could meet them at the house. They didn't, but said they made adjustments to the storm door. Not sure how they did that because the door was locked as was the deadbolt so it remains a mystery what adjustments were made. Then we noticed leaks under the door frame so that water would come into our entry and onto our hardwood. Called Tiltin, and the lady on the phone said what do we expect (as she yelled), nothing is perfect and she hung up. I waited a month and called back, this time they said they'd send someone to look at it (leaks at the top of the frame had occurred now if the rain hit the house from the West. No one has come to look at the door area - and now, guess what, the same wood frame THEY installed is now rotting.
Description of Work: Company was contracted to repair our front door area which appeared to have some wood rot, etc. House approximately 12 yrs old at the time. Company specified that entire entrance, i.e. Door, side windows, storm door, etc (approx 8 x 8 foot area) would have to be pulled out and a new section be put in. Needed to get it replaced with all the wood rot and a little water seepage coming into entry. Took 2 days for installation once the entry was built. I believe it was 3 weeks to build the entry. All acceptable. The problems started after the installation.
