 + -1 moreThey arrived even a bit before scheduled. Max and Chris were polite, friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. They went above and beyond to hook up all our components and systems and show us how to use the remote. They each had years of experience with the company and knew exactly what they were doing. Very pleased and will be a return customer.

 + -1 moreGreat! The salesman and the two installers were knowledgeable, courteous, helpful with suggestions and very clear in explaining my options. I wasn't pressured to buy and the installers helped me decide the best way to configure the equipment vis-a-vis the other furniture in the living room.
Description of Work: Install a new 65" HD TV and relocate two older TVs to other rooms, and connect VCRs and a DVD player.

 + -1 moreWe had seen on the internet from another site that the service was poor. We should have believed it and it would have saved us money.
Description of Work: The TV was 10 years old. He came to the house and was professional. He told my husband and I that he needed to take the TV back to the shop to fix it. My husband called four weeks later, and was told that it had issues and I can't fix it. We had to pick up the TV and pay 117.00. My husband took it to another place and was told they could fix it. My husband called for his money back and they denied telling us that he was unable to fix the TV and we wouldn't be getting any money back.
