He fixed my toilet which I really, really appreciate. He fixed it right, and he also fixed my porch lights front yard and backyard. As a special favor he shoveled off my deck.

Initially Sonny worked on my bathroom 3 days Fri, Sat, and Sun. He quoted me $975 for the work which we agreed on. In the weeks following we agreed on another quote of $375 for a few other things. These things were not completed, the work that was done was unprofessional. I actually had to fix and repair myself 4 parts of the job. 1. A light fixture was put up 1.5 inches lower then the other, I had to reposition it. 2. The 12" by 48" area that was tiled was put on crooked by Sonny, he had to take it off and realign the bullnose border a whole inch. In doing so he damaged the wall leaving holes, gouges, and glue on the top of the area. I had to remove the glue, spackle the holes and gouges, and repaint. 3. I had baseboard all primed and painted in my garage for him to cut 4 small pieces and attach to the wall. I had to do that as well. 4. The new vanity we bought was just put in the area crooked and laid uneven and could of been easily leveled. Now Sonny and I are texting back and forth about what to do, and where we are going forward. I mentioned these items that weren't completed and there was still work we agreed on he was to do. He informed me another estimate will be sent for more work that we previously agreed on. I looked at the estimate and it was totally unacceptable and informed Sonny that we weren't going to need his services any longer. He then sent me a text stating he was going to put a lien on my house for services he was already paid for. He also dumped white concrete like powder mix used to repair a wall area in my wife's flower bed she was pissed. Also had this mix dumped on my landscaping stones next to my house, he also used 2 of our good bath towels to clean up the caulk and etc. I would really use caution, with this person. Thanks, Bill

Unhappy with company. This guy is all about himself and the stars, has no customer service or business skills at all... Not customer friendly at all. Makes up stories, false recommendations, says only works M-F 8 to 430, wrote initial estimate on a week night evening, agreed to do work on Saturday but piece missing on door had to call mfg for, I was going to have done further work then all of a sudden he had specific days etc. After several discussions and his 5 star guarantee, or its free. Told me he would refund money if I changed review to 5 stars, told him, keep your stars... that is the only focus he has...
