I wasn't quite sure how to fill out this evaluation as I couldn't get a hold of the company in the first place! Called the number listed on Angie's list- not a working number. Looked up in yellow pages - rings and rings (during business hours) and then automated voice says they will try to find someone - then sounds like put through to answering machine which states Shade Today's business hours but then hangs up - no machine to leave message for call back. On Shade Today website they do not have a phone number listed! Strange. Only way via their website to contact them is to fill out form for call back. Tried to fill out but they have one of those verification things with the higgledy piggeldy letters and after apparently copying them incorrectly twice I gave up. This is a large landscaping business with a beautiful facility off of Hwy 41 - cannot believe there is a not a phone number so you can talk to a person!!!!

We had the five trees planted and we actually had fruit that same year. We are happy with them. We have had the company come out several times to do work for us. There are a lot of other companies around, but what really got our attention was their display that they have out front of their business by the main road. The only issues that we have ever had was the maple trees had some red bumps on them, but it was a common thing. They did send a representative out to check out the trees and she gave us pointers on how to help the trees. I believe the lady's name is Kathy that helped me. I think that the labor is expensive. They were very mindful of the yard and did not make a mess out of our yard. They may be popular, but we had to wait for about a month to get the tree that we wanted. They are professional and I have no complaints about all.
