Description of Work: I had water leak through the wall and onto a corner of the carpet in my basement after a heavy rain. Although not a big job, ServPro was very responsive to my initial call and showed up quickly. After the initial visit, a follow up appointment was made but I was unable to get anyone to return my calls in between. After the final visit, when they came to pick up their equipment, the employee forgot her meter to check if the walls were dry but said, I'm sure they must be by now. I didn't find out if they really were dry until the insurance adjuster checked them.

They did a great job. We were very pleased with them. They were very professional and thorough.
Description of Work: Our house was flooding downstairs, and they dealt with the damage. They had to clean it out and dry it out. They also had to clean the surfaces.

SERVPRO ARRIVED AND STARTED WORK WITHIN HOURS OF MY FIRST PHONE CALL.
Description of Work: WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH WATER IN OUR BASEMENT DUE TO AN OBSTRUCTION IN THE SUMP PUMP LINE. SERVPRO CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND WAS ABLE TO EXTRACT ALL THE WATER. THEY THEN USED HUGE AIR MOVERS TO SAVE ALL THE CARPET AND PANELING. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING WHEN I PLACED THE INITIAL FRANTIC PHONE CALL!

Company never showed up despite agreed time to start work. Had to contact my insurance company to find another company that DID show up and do the work. Apparently Servpro found other more lucrative work, so they put us on the bottom of the list. Will not use again despite a previous positive experience with this company.
