They were wonderful. Love the Windows. Professional. Polite. Efficient. First thing I noticed was no frost on the Windows. None! Not inside or out. First time in my life having windows that don't frost up every night!

Worked with Anthony & Jake. Both were wonderful to work with. Installers were polite, efficient, and hardworking. Windows look wonderful! Couldn't be happier!

Very informative. All questions answered fully. I didnâ t feel pressured at all. Impressed with quality of materials. Met with Austin who was very helpful.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I have been extremely impressed and pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of River Valley Remodelers. They called me up when my window arrived and installed it the next day! They are very sociable also, my girlfriend was home alone when they did the project and she told she really liked them and had good conversation with them. I booked them for another gig after completing the first one! Rain sleet AND snow and these guys showed up and completed the second project on time!

He wasted no time when he arrived. He seemed knowledgeable and efficient. I'm not sure this was a one person job which wasn't a problem since I planned on helping. I feel I got good value for my money.and am happy with the outcome.

Can't say enough about how helpful and thorough Jake and his crew were throughout this process. The install crew did a great job in getting the windows put in. They were friendly and careful about everything, cleaned up well at the end of the day and took care of any problems that arose during the process. They wanted to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction before we signed off on the job. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would hire them again. The new windows are great.

Completed job prior to estimated start date. Nice job. Very expensive but was the only company I called that bothered to contact me.

very disappointed, after 4 week no attempt from the owner to contact us to situation they never sent anybody to check the job, after we complain. I do not recommend to anybody the company, they job they did I did not communicate with their worker they just speak spanish.
