Terrible Do not hire. They arrived on time I will give them that, they worked hard another plus, yet when it comes down to (CRAFTSMANSHIP), a complete 0. They said 4 days, it took 2. I came home and they damaged 14 window wrappings on my house. They pounded nails into Aluminum window wrappings, bent them and left them. They did not silicone next to the windows for the basement of my house. No Craftsmanship. They took off a 2-Gang weather proof outlet box I had in the back patio removing 1 of the 2 outlets. No they are not electricians licensed or in that field but they did that and then put it back on horizontal instead of vertical and it was missing 1 of the 2 outlets. Trim around my garage door was split into 2 pieces on one side instead of one and looked terrible. That was replaced when I pointed that out. The 2 vents for my furnace on the back of my house, I was missing one of the 2. If it would have rained and filled up with water then the damage to my furnace would have been really bad. After I called and complained about their work, the sent a 2nd crew to fix all the windows and they replaced every window wrapping. They only finished 1, all the rest needed to be trimmed or silicone was missing. Again NO CRAFTSMANSHIP or care other than "get it done fast". Finally the foreman in charge was told to fix/complete everything. I told him to leave the outlet since I used to be an electrician and I know how to shut off a breaker. He completed everything and I just wanted them gone. Total time almost 2 weeks Horrible Experience Do Not Hire

Ridge Top installed six new windows in our home. Great customer service. Tyler explained everything in terms we could understand. He checked in with us several times throughout the installation process and answered all our questions. The installers were courteous, professional and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience. We would highly recommend them.

They worked efficiently given the weather we were having. I had a couple issues after the siding was completed, but they were handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

I can honestly say it has been wonderful working with Ridge Top. They have replaced my roof and a window. The work was great as well as the customer service. I will definitely use them for all my needs. Thank you to the entire staff that worked on my projects especially Tyler and Tony.

Had siding done on the house and the windows wrapped also new gutters put on. Everything was good except windows needed to be redone. They came back and fixed everything. Now Everything looks great !!

Everything went great! Crew arrived in the morning and worked hard all day. Leroy was the job sight manager and he checked in with me at the start and end of each day to see if I had any questions or concerns. They really worked as a team to complete the job. Each member of the crew seemed to specialize in one area or another and the end product was superior. We love the transformation of our 1987 home into something we are really proud of!

Repaired leaks in our roof. Went above and beyond to wrap the side of our house and redo the flashing including finding the metal of a matching color. Highly recommend Adrian Gonzalez! There was a chance of rain and he worked late to make sure that we were weather-proof for the night before coming back early the next day to finish. Very professional and hard working!

Ridge Top was willing to work with me on pricing. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process. They provided me with multiple contacts, so there was always someone I could get a hold of if I had questions. Everyone I worked with was helpful and respectful. There were some delays, but mostly related to weather and material availability, and all delays were clearly communicated in advance. When I brought up a few details that I wasn't 100% happy with in the final walk through, they were back to my home within a week to fix/ finish things up. They installed new windows throughout the house, new siding, soffit, facia, and wraps.

Unlisenced contractor - Storm chasers. Didn't use materials on the contract that were promised. Promised they did the work and it wasn't subbed out. Caused over $60,000 in damages! 75 Sq metal siding all damaged and can't replace cause they don't make anymore. Overall, poor quality! So much work on the roof that need to be properly fixed. Crap work!!!

I've been researching/exploring roof replacement options and companies (knowing I have an aged hail damaged roof) for the last few years. I've witnessed my neighbor going with a low bid and the resultant problems he had to deal with to get resolved. NOT SO with Ridgetop Exteriors! I addressed my (and my neighbors') concerns with Mitch Meyer and he assured me that quality of services rendered were of utmost importance. I was able to get the color and quality of shingle replacement at an awesome price. Mitch Meyer was at the jobsite multiple times throughout the day to attend the work and address concerns if they arose. The crew was diligent in installation of my 1850sq/ft roof and the entire procedure was completed in 12 hours from old roof removal to reshingle to cleanup. Again, I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the entire experience.

Ridge Top Exteriors helped us with a re-siding project on our house. The crew they sent out was fabulous! Courteous, hardworking and meticulous! They went above on beyond our expectations!

This was my first time doing a big home improvement project. The two representatives at my initial appointment were so helpful with the entire process. They were personable and answered all of my questions. The project manager, Robert, kept me updated during the entire process, with delivery dates and install dates. He also came by after the siding was installed to inspect everything and to see if I had any questions. I just can’t say enough about how much this company values their customer. I definitely made the right decision going with Ridge Top Exteriors.

Everything was done on schedule ! They came with a full crew & did a complete tear-down of the roofs, replaced some bad rafters, installed all new under-lay material, & did a excellent job all in a day & half !! We recommend these people anytime & will use their services again !!

Excellent they started at 7:30 am and were done by 5:00 pm. They were the only company that would touch our screen room roof it’s leaked for 10 years. It’s leak proof now and we are overjoyed

The whole process was great from beginning to end. Nelly helped us tremendously with our insurance company and Tim and the roofing team did a fabulous job. Our roof looks wonderful and we couldn’t be happier!!

I am very pleased with the results. I will have less maintenance on the windows now. The installers were professional and courteous. They did a great job. The windows look great. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and while working took care around flowers and shrubs. I would recommend them.

Mitch helped us when I one else would. Winter was here and everyone else was busy. I didn’t know where to turn. My roof was leaking on my brand new carpet and ruining my drywall and woodwork. Mitch was honest and promised even though the leak was tricky, they were here for us. His solution was right and after all we’d been through, he took care of us! I’d recommend Mitch and this company to anyone!

In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated.

Everything went very well, only one minor issue. The minor issue was that an outside light was damaged on my garage in the process of replacing the roof on my garage. When I brought it up, they replaced it without any questions.

I was in need of a roof replacement. I called multiple local contractors ranging from small to large and was unsure of my contractor until sitting down with Ridge Top. They were very upfront and honest in their assessment of my needs. From the project manager to the crew, they showed up on time and completed the work as agreed upon. I happy to say my next project will be much easier knowing I only have to make one call.

Ridge Top Exteriors replaced our roof and did it in a timely manner. They cleaned up and did a nice job, however when it came time to replace the siding on our home they really struggled to get it done in a timely manner and struggled with doing a good job. The work began in June and was completed in October only after being threatened with a lawsuit. The work was poor and had to be re-done on multiple occasions. The workers had no respect for pets ( they locked our a dog in our dog run for the day without food or water in 100 degree temperatures), the workers repeatedly placed all their equipment on the yard which in turn killed the grass even when asked not to place equipment on grass multiple times, lots of nails found in our in- ground swimming pool and around the home, workers would bring their family members to our home to hang out in backyard, workers repeatedly stomped on and killed flowers in several flower beds and thought it was funny, workers broke outdoor light fixtures, and painting of siding or trim the wrong color. Multiple excuses daily to weekly as to why work could not be completed, workers never showed when they said they were coming and constant lying. Measurements were taken multiple times in order to order enough siding, but siding was not measured properly and workers kept running out. In stead of ordering enough siding, we found that the workers started painting siding and tried to pass it off as the siding we purchased. On several occasions the workers were asked to not paint siding and they still tried to paint siding and get away with it. This whole experience has been horrible with a lot of emotional distress and we would not recommend this company for any siding replacement work. Beware of this company!!!

Ridgetop Roofing was excellent to work with. Our area was hit by a hailstorm and we had extensive damage to our home. The owner of Ridgetop Roofing came over 2 days after the storm to give us an estimate. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to hire him and his crew came over 1 week later and replaced our entire roof in one day. They worked efficiently and did not leave a mess. Actually I couldn't find a single nail on the ground after they left. It has been 2 years since our roof was done and we have had no problems at all. We also had damage to our gutters and siding and Ridgetop Roofing was able to replace the gutters and replace the siding. Again the crew did an efficient job on the gutters and siding. I can't say enough good things about Ridgetop Roofing. Thank you Larry. You have a great company!
