Description of Work: Purchased $119 Big Deal, at first denied he was even offering the deal and was not even listed on Angie's List. Offered to send him the deal. Never experienced anything like this.

 + -1 moreRick was on time and very professional. He painted all 4 walls in record time. I did find a small area where the paint didn't cover and just painted over it after he was gone. He cleaned up everything nicely and was very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: I believe I purchased this in Sept 2014. I don't remember exactly. They never returned my calls so the work was never done. I would like my $119 back. Even if they finally contacted me I would not use them. They are very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreWe purchased a "Big Deal" coupon for Rick's and were planning to use him in our new home, based on the positive feedback we read. After not hearing back for several days, we contacted Angie's List and they provided a personal phone number and email. We tried both of those methods of contact and were never able to reach this provider. We never received any kind of communication. AL offered to reach out to the provider on our behalf, but based on our inability to even reach him after we had purchased his "Big Deal" we were not comfortable with allowing this person into our home. We had to request a refund and now we'll have to search for another provider. Very frustrating experience and I hope they are able to straighten it out for others in the future.

 + -1 moreThe job was fantastic and I would welcome them to come to my home anytime. I had such a perfect experience at my home in Appleton, WI with Rick I decided to offer him the job after I moved to Nebraska.
Description of Work: Rick runs Rick's Classic Painting and Wallcovering,Inc and he and his friend drove from Appleton, WI to Omaha, NE to paint all of the inside of my large Linden Estates home. They were punctual, quiet, and clean and spoke English which helps. They worked from 2pm until 11:30pm the first day April 28th after driving in from Wisconsin and each day after put in a minimum of 10 hours to finish the job on May 4, 2012. What a class act Rick and his friend Toby are, we didn't have any messes to pick up and they cleaned up my fixtures, took off mirrors and etc and put them back up before leaving. Today is Friday May 4, 2012 and it saddens me to say goodbye. I would recommend he and his friend to anyone. My house had a facelift and they were willing to travel 1,400 miles. I forgot to mention that the house is 7,000 sq feet of painting.
