Excellent service! They removed the windows to wash and were up on a ladder on the outside for our upper floor. They did a great job. They kept us updated on the appointment time, showed up on time, brought a crew of four. Everyone was polite and professional. My windows and screens have never looked this good with the previous window washers I have hired. For someone that has their windows done spring and fall their price is right on. At present if you have them wash your windows twice a year, the second time is half off. This puts their price right in the range I have been paying. Highly recommend. FYI, I rarely write reviews but I was very impressed!

your staff was great. Not much talking but a lot of working. One of the things I was most impressed with was when one of your crew had a question, you could communicate with each other via headphones. Great stuff!!! Also, kudos to Josh for squeezing me in at the last minute, and then even coming earlier than we had agreed upon. I continue to look out the windows and enjoy the quality of the service and the low price. Josh, correct me if I am wrong -- I think if you count the top and bottom windows, we have 25+++. Great price for great service. I also gave them a tip -- not at all expected or mandatory, but I felt the quality of employees, service and professionalism was well worth it. GIVE JOSH A CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: washed, cleaned all windows, sills and doors, Washed all screens. they were here for about 1.5 hours. awesome work!!! One window upstairs was not done---no big deal -- has a window A/C unit in it and has the fake window panes -- who cares, right?

I have used their services 12 times over the past 3 years. They are excellent and do a great job. I looked online for a window washer. The owner came out personally and I have gotten to know him. They have great pricing and do quality work.
Description of Work: I have a glass front door and window that they clean both from the inside and out. I also have four large glass windows inside that they clean.

Description of Work: We have a house with many windows in it. They took out all of the storms and screens and cleaned them and washed all the windows high and low, inside and out. They also wipe out the window tracks. We are very pleased with the work they did.

The gentleman that came in and do the windows did not do a good job. He didn't put the windows back in. The seals were not done and the screens were not done. We were not satisfied. We asked them to come back

Response from Proshine Window Cleaning LLC
The work was performed as agreed to by the customer in the estimate. The customer did not request as part of the estimate to have the screens cleaned or the window sills wiped out. He specifically said that he only wanted the windows cleaned and paid the price he was quoted for this. The work was performed on a cold and wet day in late fall from the inside of the house and each window was cleaned one at a time and put back into the frame before the next one was cleaned. If the windows were not put back in the frame, this would have been readily apparent due to the weather with a hole in the wall letting in the rain and wind. After receiving this report on Angie's List 5 months after the service had been performed, I contacted the customer the same day the report posted to ask him about the service and he did not want to speak about it. The customer was home when the job was performed and even watched me clean his day room and never questioned the service and never contacted me later about the service. The service was also completed over the course of two different days. If the service was not being done as agreed to in the estimate on the first day, the customer would have questioned it on the second day. When completing payment, the customer even offered to tip myself for which I declined. Additionally, this report has caused me to completely reconsider listing on Angie's List, and I will most likely cancel my account and delist, because a report for window cleaning was allowed to be filed literally 5 months after the service was completed with a full winter happening during that time for which the windows would need to be cleaned again.

Contractor contacted me quickly to come out and see the number of windows, size, etc. Within 24 hours they provided a quote. I accepted the quote and we were able to set a date only a week away. They showed up on time the day requested and were finished 3.5 hours later. Job well done all the way.
Description of Work: Removed windows, fully cleaned them and placed back in.
