I cannot express my happiness with my brand new fence from Northern Fence! The whole team is thorough, professional, efficient and knowledgeable at what they do. The Northern Fence team came early and worked in the blistering cold for 2 days (although if it was nice out i know that team could smash out a brand new fence in one day). i’m beyond thrilled. it looks great, and I can’t complain for the price! for all fencing needs: Northern Fence is the place to seek!

Once fence was finally up looks great.
Description of Work: Had to have a fence taken down and replaced. They broke all the wood panels leavin splinters all over my yard as well as my neighbors. Left jagged edges on wood fences posts that were removed. Once fence went up we are happy with fence. Very poor customer service. Don't respond to calls in a timely fashion. Did not come on day that was promised and never called. The frustration in not worth having them again

It was a mixed bag of emotions. End result was good with poor communication in the beginning.
Description of Work: Had two fence posts replaced after a wind storm, and the responsiveness of their sales person it was extremely slow and frustrating. The end result of the job I was satisfied with along with the price, but the communication leading up to it was painful.

Customer service is horrible! Took days to respond by email and then set up an appointment for fencing estimate. On the day of appointment, they did not show up nor contact us of unavailability. This is rude, unprofessional and they did not seem to want business. We will be looking somewhere else for our service needs.

We will likely be going with Northern Fence in spring for our new fence.
Description of Work: Rep came out to measure existing fence and talk options. We don't plan to have the fence installed until spring.

Matt, the company representative, was very attentive to what we wanted. He was easy to work with as we made several changes before the project was started. The three installers were experienced and approached the job in a professional and efficient manner. I would high recommend them.
