Very professional technicians and worked very well as a team. Very positive attitude about there jobs and attention to details.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time, actually a little early. They were very careful with their equipment not to do any damage. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable and were willing to allow me to watch what they were doing and answer any questions I had. They also showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts.

Let me say that I REALLY did homework before contacting this company. We all have seen the Dateline shows where people get ducts cleaned, and in actuality only the homeowners wallet is cleaned. This company had great ratings and reviews. The cost for the service provided is MORE than fair. Remember folks, you get what you pay for. Made an appointment out one week. Had GREAT service from Suzanne in scheduling and even sent a card with reminder info. On date of service, Ken and Brenda arrived on time (actually early!) and set up quickly. Before pictures are taken of your ducts - all I can say is WOW. our ductwork was a mess. Ducts cleaned and I am a VERY happy homeowner. On the afternoon after the cleaning, I literally could see in my AIR that it was cleaner. The little dust specks that you can see floating as sun shines in a window....NO MORE! I am absolutely thrilled and ABSOLUTELY will hire this company again. Finally, I need to note that they took AMAZING care of our home. After the cleaning, you could not see any evidence of them. No footprints, dust, NOTHING. For all of the equipment/tubes, they protected the wood in our home and our floors. Truly, never thought I would rave about a duct cleaning.....But I am. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with this company - 5 stars.

The job was done in about 3.5 hours. They were very proffesional and covered the areas the hoses ran in the house and put down protectors to cover the corners on the walls. They took before and after pictures as well. Overall very pleased.

Highly recommend. The only reason I couldn't give them an A on punctuality was because they didn't get there at 8:30 quite as promised; however, they did call to say they were running late due to traffic in Appleton area . . . no harm no foul. Work performed was excellent, my air-to-air exchange system was spotless, the before and after pics prove the job was done very well. House was as I left it this morning (which wasn't their fault either!). The guys were very personable and even took the time to make friends with my skeptical dog. Great service.

Would highly recommend this service! We had our air ducts cleaned on the home we just purchased. They cleaned 8 years worth of dust and dog hair!! What a relief! Scheduling was a breeze, they were on time, extremely friendly and very meticulous and professional. They even printed before and after photos so we could see the benefit! I called this company after our realtor's recommendation never returned our calls. So glad we did!

Service provider arrived on time. Very polite and professional. Layed drop clothes where they walked. Did an excellent job and provided before and after photos of the inside of my ductwork.

From the time I talked to them on the phone, till the time they left after completing the job, they were professional, approachable and thorough. They made you feel like family and treated you and your home with respect. I especially liked the photos of before and after, the result made me a believer that I would be breathing cleaner air from that point on. I would recommend this Mr Power Clean family owned company to anyone and everyone.

This was our first experience with duct cleaning. We were very impressed by the before/after photos provided at the end. Even when little problems occurred, they were quickly handled and the job was completed within the expected time frame. Everything was done according to the phone estimate and there were no surprises in the cost. Thumbs up!

They were very professional and concerned about keeping our house clean while they worked. They even provided before and after photos so we could see how dirty our ducts were and how immaculate they are now. It was unbelieveable how much construction debris and dust they extracted! They cleaned every single run including our dryer vent. The job was quoted a fixed cost based on the square footage of the house so we knew what to expect; no add-ons; no surprises. Before they came they told us and quot;not to prepare anythingand quot;. They would take care of moving beds, bookcases, furniture, etc. so they could access the ducts. They were true to their word. I wish all contractors were this honest and easy to work with!
