Israel and his very competent crew did an exceptional roofing job on my home and garage. Their professionalism - from estimate to work done in a timely manner to a fastidious clean-up - was all top notch! I highly recommend LIC General Roofing Solutions of Appleton.

Very thorough inspection ahead of time which I felt helped eliminate any last minute surprises. Israel was very nice, pointed out a few things in his inspection other roofers missed or didn't mention to me. Very reasonable estimate and on the job fast, as well as a quick completion and thorough clean up of my yard. Impressive.

I personally sought out L.I.C. General roofing solutions after seeing his work the previous year in my neighborhood and neighbors giving great verbal reviews regarding roofing done after last year’s storms. Israel communicated well regarding work to be done and estimate prior to hire .The crew was well mannered and ensured decent clean up during the process of tearing off and replacing my roof so we could enter/leave my home as needed. Hardest working crew I have ever seen!! They stayed extremely long hours over 2 days due to a shift in Mother Natures forecast , completing my three tiers of roofing over 3000 ft sq house and 3 car garage - WOW! Israel personally checked in with me several times during the process and again the day after completing the roof — terrific customer service !! The day after completion Mother Nature delivered her forecaster rain for 2 days then snow with no issues with my new roofing . Thanks 🙏 Israel ….. I look forward to working with you again !

We hired this crew based on seeing other roof replacements they had done and neighborhood feedback. The crew was very polite and well mannered as we needed to enter / leave our home and did their best in clean up of areas . Hardest workers I have seen! They stayed long hours over 2 days due to Mother Nature changing the forecast and finished perfect shingle lines over 3 tiers of roof replacement on my 3000 square ft home and 3 car garage. Woke up to rain the next morning and needless to say no issues ….so happy to have meet Israel and his crew .

Israel is very friendly and customer service oriented. He makes sure that you are in the loop throughout the process from decision-making to final satisfaction. The roofing job of a full two-story house and separate garage, as well as replacement of some rotted wood boards, was completed in just one day. The roof looks great and the company was responsive, punctual, and efficient. I had one concern that I found a few weeks after the install, and they were happy to come back and fix it for me quickly, at no charge! I would definitely hire again.

They were here before daylight. Very organized crew. It was very cold when they started. Nobody complained, just got to work. Cleanup was awesome. They started in the dark and finished in the dark. Finished in one day. Israel was very easy to work with. He made sure everything was done right and explained everything along the way. Always checking to be sure I was satisfied. A roof replacement is very expensive, so the homeowner must be confident in the contractor. I was very confident. Thanks guys!

Great! Israel and his team did a fantastic job! They worked extremely hard - they arrived early and worked late. They were kind and even made us authentic Mexican lunches to share. They were extremely professional, did a great job, and cleaned up all the roofing debris. Thank you guys so much for doing such a great job. It was a blessing getting to know you all.

Israel came over to give me an estimate on the morning I sent in a request. We discussed my situation and he said he would do some checking about necessary materials. I received a call from him about an hour later, stating that he would be back around noon to do the repair. He completed the job by 3:30 on that same day. I was pleasantly surprised to have this repair completed on the day I made the request. Israel worked quickly and well, for a reasonable cost to me.

Project was fast and well done. I’ll be using Israel in the future.

They did a good job. They came in and got the roof done in two days.
