Kelbachs Appliance Service

We were given a two-hour window when the repair person would arrive. Joe arrived early in that time span and was informative and easy to deal with. He explained the two possibilities of what the problem might be, made a recommendation, had the needed belts in the truck, and quickly fixed our older washer. I will definitely call Kelbachs the next time we need an appliance serviced.

Service went well. Called Monday morning, they arrived in the afternoon and told me what was wrong with my washer. Order the parts for me right away & then called on Tuesday morning letting me know that the parts had arrived. Came over right away to install & now my washer is working again. Very professional & cleaned up after they were done working. Will definitely call again if I ever need any appliance fixed.

Extremely well. He knew of issues with our refrigerator model.He was honest in his dealings with us. He arrived on time, was considerate of our home environment, was personable, and repaired the refrigerator in a timely manner--especially considering this happened during a major heat and humidity wave.

Called Kelbachs Appliance and a tech was here within the hour. He ordered parts and the dishwasher was fixed within 2 days! Joe is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I Would recommend Kelbachs Appliance to anyone!

He arrived on time and looked at the unit. Removed the bottom plate to check for any leakage. Asked about grinding noise. No leakage. Suggested that a utensil was dangling and causing the noise. I told him about the leaking rinse aid dispenser, and he told me to contact the company for a new cap. The old one was damaged. He was mindful of costs involved. We talked about appliance brands, and he gave me some good advice. After a short conversation he did me a favor and removed the ice maker in my freezer because I never use it, and it was only taking up space. I paid him, and he left to go to another job. Highly satisfied with his service.
