Updating this review-12/30/2015 - Due to extenuating and unavoidable circumstances that were the cause of some of these problems mentioned below, I'm updating my review to add that this company has fixed the humming sound and has been providing very good service pertaining to other service calls. The Condo board accepted their job proposal at the end of June asking that they have the work completed by end of August before we'd have to turn on the heat for residents. Work didn't start until August 30, because they said they were waiting on parts. First they had to put an additive in the water to clean the pipes so the work in the first building didn't start on boiler replacement for the first building until mid September. Work on first boiler completed around September 16. Work on second building wasn't started until mid October because they said they their worker was out with an injury. By this time, it was getting cold and heat was turned on, In order for the work to be done, the heat had to be off for 3 days causing great inconvenience to residents who had to use their portable heaters to stay warm. It took 3 days for the installation and testing. After the new boiler was turned on, some units didn't have heat to certain rooms, but Integrity stayed late to troubleshoot causes and try to fix. The second building still has a very audible humming sound coming from the pipes which resonates throughout the building that wasn't there before. This was first reported to them around October 18 and it is now December 6 and we still have not heard back from them to come and fix this problem. Their final invoices matched their quotes. They cleaned up well. We'll will have to use this provider in the future because of the warranty on the boilers. They also service other parts of the heating systems like zones values that are unrelated to the boiler work itself.
