+ -1 moreThe staff was very helpful with design, color,and material selections based on our needs. All of the installers were on time, they were respectful, courteous , and cleaned up after they were done. The work and all materials was done as we requested and was of excellent quality.
Description of Work: We used the House of Flooring for our basement remodel, we needed sheet linoleum and carpet for our project.

+ -1 moreThey just do not respond. Their service was very poor. They installed the floor and it did not lay well or do well. Then they insisted that I had to have the same thing reinstalled the second time. I went from a carpeted area then the stuff was vinyl which they installed which did not lay well. It was over concrete in a non-heated area so I said I would not do that again but they said that I had to. So, I said fine but expect showroom quality and I did not get showroom quality. I would have gone back to carpeting. They were here in January and they said they would get back to me but I have never heard from them again. I am not messing with these people anymore. They do not come back.
Description of Work: I used House of Flooring for floor installation.
