+ -1 moreI spent $75. He had a little trouble finding my house so he was a little late but he was very apologetic and a very professional person. It wasn't even that late, probably about 15 minutes. I live in a strange area. They do a good job and they're honest and professional. I'm sure that they're usually punctual.
Description of Work: I purchased a Group On coupon from Black-Haak Heating & Cooling for a furnace tune up around the 15th of November to clean my furnace and changed the filter.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. I called, they came right away later that day. I'd say they did a wonderful job. They were on time. They were fast. They did what needs to be done and very nice.
Description of Work: We were having trouble with our gas line making noise of. They checked it and they fixed it for us.

+ -1 moreThey are fine. I pick them because I have had them. There are other ones around too, but I have known Haak for a while. They have done my work for me. I am not a real good shopper. If I find something, I don't go shop around for the best price. I find a fellow that knows my furnace, I just call him up. I have no idea about their pricing because I have nothing to compare it to.
Description of Work: Haak Heating came out about a week ago and fixed my heating system.

+ 0 moreWe have lived here for 45 years and we have had good and bad experiences like everyone else has, but theirs is good They are personable and friendly, and you can just tell that they are good people. They do not try to sell you things you don't need. Three years ago they converted our house from oil to gas. You can tell they know what they are doing. Things hold up just the way they said they would. They are our person. They get an A in all areas. Some people think they are priced higher than other people, but with that said, you can pay less and get less. We feel they offer quality for price and we don't want them coming back. Once is enough. We like them, have used them for years, and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I used Haak Heating, Inc at two places to do all of our heating and air-conditioning at our house and at our cottage. They winterized heating and aircondition at both places, ran checks on heating and air conditioning at both place,s re-did the thermostats and set up a red light system at our cottage so that if it falls below a certain temperature a red light will go on to alert the care taker. I would call it general cleaning. They cleaned everything, as they will do again in the Spring. We have them come twice a year for winterization and for Spring startup where they clean everything, get it ready, check it, and change the filters. They drive an hour and half both ways and I use them because they know what they are doing. If something goes wrong and the caretaker notices the red light is on ,he calls Haak and they will go up 24/7 to fix anything that goes wrong.
