FOX VALLEY PLASTERING

The Fox Valley Plastering team responded quickly to my request for a quote. They were able to schedule and complete the work a couple of days later. From the start, they were concerned about keeping our home clean while they cut out a portion of the ceiling and replaced it. The work was done as promised (actually they even did a bit more work than was promised!), in a very timely manner, and at a reasonable rate. They cleaned up well after the work was completed. For sure, we'd use them again!

He was done in the time he said he could do it. He cleaned up after himself. I saw a few areas that weren't done great with the plastering but I doubt that anyone will notice them in the future. I did call him back to do another very small project and he was very accomodating.

I like the service, they are very helpful. I think their price is comparable to other companies in the area, and for the size of the job.

not happy

Jon was contacted by phone where we gave a an estimate based on the size of our bathroom. A date and time was set and he arrived on time. He inspected the job and gave us a new (lower) price of 200.00. He set up the job by covering the floor and got to work. He made time for for questions and was very pleasant during the entire process. He cleaned up when he was done and was out of our driveway in about three hours.

Because of the remodeling we were doing Jon needed to return multiple times to fit our construction schedule. He was flexible and worked on a Saturday just to get the job done.

He did a great job and took great care to make sure that the plaster would attach properly to the wallpaper and that there wouldn't be any problems. He was willing to come back and fix any problems that may have shown up after he left, but there weren't any problems. He was easy to get in contact with, on time, clean, and very easy to work with. I look forward to using him again for my next job.
