Fox Valley Overhead Garage Door

We ordered three garage doors and paid our deposit. At time of installation the second payment was due, but they scratched two doors during installation. We withheld payment awaiting resolution to the scratches. This was in April 2021 for three years I reached out to resolve with no resolution, other than them sending me invoices for balance due. I finally got them to come look at scratches in summer of 2022 and they were going to submit it to warranty. Nothing from them for months and I sent them an email with two options, get us new panels or discount our balance due for defects. They said they would order new panels. A year later and no replies to requests on the status of the panels. I have emails and voicemails of what they said they would do but never did. Without any prompting from them, we decided to pay the outstanding invoice and be done with them. We hadn't posted any reviews as we were hoping to resolve the matter. Now that our invoice is fully paid and we still have two scratched doors - I thought it best to share our story so you are warned about doing business with them.

It did not go. I called several times, was told they could install the door on the day I had available, only to find out we were never put on the schedule the day we were expecting them. Not a good experience considering their other reviews.

Chad from Fox Overhead Door came on time to install a garage door opener. He was very professional and did a quality job. I would recommend him anytime. When finished he left my garage clean as it was. Thanks again Chad.
