.
Description of Work: Residential window washing, inside and outside. Very neat, did a good job. I have used them in the past for outside windows, but this time had them do both inside and outside windows. Pleased with their work and the price. I have also used them for gutter cleaning. Good job for the price.

It went very well. They were prompt, courteous, and mostly did the job well. This young man had to call someone else to bring a working ladder and help him finish the job. The second young man was extremely good. This is my 2nd year in a row using this company. I have been pleased both times. I will use them again next year.
Description of Work: All windows cleaned inside and out, all screens cleaned and replaced, and gutters cleaned. They even cleaned the high ceiling fan. Overall they did a good job. The second young man who came, Joey, was excellent. I will hhave them come back next year to do the same thing. This is my second year.

I originally found the Fish company on Angie's List. But before I got around to calling them a Groupon coupon deal showed up on my email. I paid $40 for $80 worth of work. Apparently, I didn't quite understand how the coupon worked. But I called for an estimate and a very personable rep, Roland, came out. He took a look at the work to be done and made sure of what I wanted. He then explained how the coupon worked. I ended up paying another $130, but that was fine with me. It didn't seem out of sync with what had to be done, especially since it was a very dirty job as the windows hadn't been cleaned in years and gutters hadn't been been cleaned ever. So we set up an appointment and one was only available in two weeks. That depended on the weather (rain). So the job was a go. Of course, it rained, but Roland called to see if I still wanted to go ahead. We talked it over and agreed to proceed as the rain was slowing down. Roland said it would take half a day. I couldn't believe that, but I said you should know. By the time the young man, Josh, got here, it had stopped raining. He looked around, asked a few questions, and started to work. I had already moved things out of the way as much as possible. Roland said the worker would take down curtains and/or drapes and put them back up as I couldn't do that, but he didn't. There really wasn't any need. He just pushed them aside. There was a need to take down two because of the size of the windows. He went right to work, cleaned the windows inside and out, took down and cleaned the screens, put them back and was done. I also have skylights. No problem. But he did not have the gutters on his work order. I showed him mine. He called the office and clarified that yes, he was to do the gutters. He used my hose and water ( he had to find and turn on the water as I didn't know where it was). Soon he was done. I do not have a little house but it is all on one level and the windows are such that they are not hard to get at. I don't have any little windows so that made the job go faster. When coming into the house he did put covers over his shoes and did not mess up the house in doing the job. I would hire Fish to do the same job again. It is my intent to do so again next year and stay on top of keeping the windows and gutters clean. I will just make sure to be on my toes and check the work as much as possible.
Description of Work: All windows were cleaned inside and out, including doors and skylights. All screens were taken down, cleaned and put back in. I can not attest to how well the gutters were cleaned as I cannot get up there to see. I had to take his word that they were cleaned. I know they were dirty and had stuff growing in them as they had not been cleaned in 18 years. But if he has been doing this for any length of time he should take into account that he will run into such situations, I'm sure even worse, according to their website, as they do all kinds of cleanup jobs. I can say that Josh did a good a job. He didn't put the curtains back completely as they were. I would have appreciated that as I have a bad back and cannot climb and reach up very well. Also, he didn't clean all of the window sills very well. I had to finish cleaning about four of them, not a lot, but a little debris was left and I had to remove that. I was assured everything would be put back in order, even things moved and put back. That is my fault as I didn't go around and check before he left. He seemed in a hurry. But, I wasn't unhappy with the job that was done . I was able to see out of my windows. I didn't realize how dirty they were. For the most part, I would say that Josh was professional about doing his job. It didn't occur to me until afterwards that it was a hot and dirty job. I did see him wiping his face, and it then occurred to me that the curtains were probably very dusty. And I didn't think, until after he left, that I should have offered him some cold water. My in-house protocols need some work. As far as what I could see he did a good job. Before he left he asked me to call the office and tell them he did a good job. I honored his request, but I did not relate the things I was unhappy about. They were minor, but should have been done as I was told they would be. As far as the gutter cleaning was concerned, it wasn't on his order, but it was on mine. After confirming that he was to do it, I don't think he was happy about it, but he did it, I think. He did put back the hose he used and turned off the water as he found it. Josh arrived about 8:40AM and was finished before 12:30P. He was methodical and seemed to know what he was doing and how to do it. I really don't have a lot of criticism against the job done. The infractions were minor.

We didn't have time to clean the gutters ourselves this year because of work schedules and inclement weather, so we called found Fish online and gave them a call. They came out for an estimate right away during my lunch hour, and for our house (1 1/2 stories with uneven ground), we thought it was pretty reasonable. They were able to come back to do the work the next week while we were at work. They did a good job and did a good job cleaning up.
