Description of Work: I needed another estimate on a faulty roofing job done by Badgerland Roofing. Kevin Dempsey, who had been referred to me by "Handyman Dan", came within two days of my call, went up to the roof (no other company was willing to go to this extreme due to the weather) and provided me with his assessment. In doing this job, he realized my attic was not to code with insulation. In lieu of paying him for the inspection (another company charged me $250 and did not go onto the roof), Dempsey deducted his fee of $125 and provided me with quality insulation. He also repaired a few other items in the attic and removed what was once an unused closet. I shopped around the insulation installation cost and found the average cost to be approximately $1200. Within two days, the job was complete, he wrote a letter detailing the faulty installation by Badgerland, and cut my monthly electri bill by $100! Anytime I have a problem with my roof or siding I call Kevin. As recently as 4/19, I needed his expertise on a ceiling water damage. He was here, made a recommendation and did not charge me!
