Description of Work: House was not prepped. Some scraping was done, but not all. No sanding was done. Bare spots were not primed, window pane not reglazed or broken putty removed. Painted over mildew on bottom clapboards of garage. Did not paint door frames or fascia. Lots of over spray on my new replacement windows I had installed last Fall. No attention to detail at all. The workers were clean, prompt and polite. I contacted the main office and was told my complaint was sent to regional office. I waited two weeks and had to recontact them. Someone is coming over later this week to assess the problem.

Description of Work: Painted all the trim on our house and and painted our storage shed. Work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Sales person was professional and thorough and was on the job site every day.

Description of Work: Sales Associate did not show for first meeting to do work - he called five minutes before the intended meeting time to cancel. Second meeting, he didn't show up at all and didn't call. He said he'd call to set up a third appt. time, but never did. I cancelled the contract. The Corporate lady I spoke with was nice and returned my down payment right away.

Description of Work: We recently hired the College Works Painting group to re-do the entire outside of our home.....old, stucco. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and how much of a pleasure it was to have them here. They were prompt, talented, very professional, and did a great job.
