Description of Work: They performed my pre season check and maintenance. Had to come out several times during the winter and felt that they charged for mistakes they made. Don't really expect to get service for free but when it costs over 500 dollars every time they visit to fix a simple boiler. NOT HAPPY.

Description of Work: They replaced the furnace blower motor. They arrived when they said, determined the problem, and made the repairs. I would call them again because they did a good job.

Description of Work: I'm in the process of finishing my basement but didn't want to do the HVAC work myself. I had C&W install supplies and returns for 4 rooms, bathroom exhaust fan, and upgrade the furnace blower. They also fixed a few minor items that weren't done correctly when the house was built. Compared to the other quotes I got, the C&W sales rep was much more knowledgeable and took more time to evaluate the current heating system.

Description of Work: After the heat and humidity of last summer we decided to seriously find out how much it would cost to have air conditioning put into our 2000sq ft home. We have cement floors and baseboard electric heat. We'd always thought we couldn't have central air because we don' t have an air duct system. Dave came over and accessed our situation and told us that "yes" we could put central air in our home. We were thrilled. The Mitsubishi unit that was installed works beautifully. We have been told that it's the best warranty on the market. When we expressed our concern as to whether the unit would be adequate downstairs, Dave supplied a larger unit at no additional cost.. The downstairs unit keeps the living room cool and comfortable even with the solarium open. The workmen were considerate, polite, neat and clean in their work. We can't express our gratitude enough and will certainly be in touch with Christian and Wisnet if ever the need occurs.

Description of Work: I originally need my furnace cleaned and then concluded I needed the duct work cleaned as well. Ryan was my technician for the furnace cleaning and he told me exactly what he had done and explained the current condition of my furnace and it's rough efficiency. Frank and Matt were my individuals for the duct cleaning. It was a messy, messy job but they left no trace of their work any where in my home for me to clean up. Very impressed with Frank. Also waiting for a quote from Jeff for replacement supply and return vents because what I can purchase in the store will not fit the vents I have in my home.
