+ -1 moreThey arrived promptly and got right to work. They did a fantastic job, got rid of some old stains, and tried to get rid of some really old stains. The carpets were dry within several hours. I highly recommend this company. They use and quot;greenand quot; cleaners that are safe for children and pets. That was the main reason I used them.

+ 0 moreI am not sure at all of the dates of service for the first time but pretty sure of the last time, which was 2012. First, it is really hard to rate because we had them twice and the reason we had them twice is because the two older getlemen that came the first time, did an excellent job. They were very friendly and very good and thorogh with all they did. No complaints. They even did the carpet in our fifth wheel camper and tried to get a stain out. The second time we had them come, we got two different younger guys that whipped through so fast they were done in no time. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again if I were sure we would get the same two we had the first time, but don't know their names or how to get them.
Description of Work: Cleaned Living Room, Bedroom and Hallway carpets. Also cleaned and scothguarded a couch and love seat.

+ 0 moreThey arrived during the time-frame given and were very friendly and professional. They asked and explained everything so there were no surprises. Carpets dried quickly and look new again. They were able to get an old wine stain out of the couch and even took the time to remove a stain from an additional throw rug after the bill was paid!!
Description of Work: They cleaned a couch and 2 club chairs, as well as carpets on stairs and hallway,and accessible areas in the family room around our pool table and an extra bedroom.
