+ -1 moreThe initial install of blinds went fine. The cost was high, but I was happy with the look and operation of the blinds. Then one of them failed after a year, so I called Budget blinds to see about the warranty. After a few days I got a call back stating they were covered, but I had to pay $40 shipping & handling. I thought, well that is steep, but I want my blinds working. Then he asked if I would install it myself. I said, no, I would rather not if covered under warranty. Well, he explained, then it will be another $100 for the install. Are you kidding me. The so called warranty would cost me $140 ! What a rip off. Avoid this company.

+ -1 moreThe sales representative, Brian, displayed all options and explained the pros and cons, and costs. Their office staff called me within 3 weeks and scheduled the installation. JD was on time and did an excellent job of installing as well as explaining the features and cleaning procedures of the blinds.
Description of Work: Budget Blinds of Fox Valley brought in home samples of product, measured all windows, and installed wood blinds in timely fashion.
