+ 4 moreIt went phenomenal from start to finish. I was blown away with how knowledgeable & professional my sales person was. They put the very best shingle on their customers homes which is Malarkey. I have a Class 4 shingle on my home and now i can feel safe when it does hail to know that I wont have to open up a claim while all my neighbors are. I thank everyone at Brincks for making me a priority and taking care of my home! Recommend 10 out of 10 and would use them again in a heart beat!

+ 2 morePoor communication and zero followup. Issues throughout the project were met by evasiveness and argumentative responses from our salesman. The total lack of professionalism by the sales staff has left me very disappointed. I advise against using this company.

+ 2 moreNobody wants to receive 30 minutes of baseball size hail. Brinks Exteriors was recommended to me by my neighbor (a priest). The owner (Jason Brinks) was prompt, courteous. We walked around my entire house, visually inspecting the entire exterior. I received the written estimate within 1 week. Jason & I talked and my house was put on his schedule. Once the repair started, The roof was completed within 5 days. I felt this was very efficient considering my roof is 48 square (4800 square feet) as well as 12/12 pitch). I have recommended Brinks Exteriors to family & friends. I have even called and had Brinks Exteriors do other small projects around the house. I am very happy with Brinks Exteriors and will use them in the future.
Description of Work: Removed shingles from roof, installed impact resistant shingles, 3 skylights, 3 roof vents, replace gutters & down spouts as needed, replace siding as needed.

+ -1 moreIt went AMAZING they the salesman came to the house while they were doing the install to make sure that everything was right and he caught a minor ordering mistake and took care of it on the spot. The small detail he put into his sale made us have a ease of mind.
Description of Work: The sales team at Brincks Exteriors gave me a full visual of what my roof will look like with different colors. We had a hard time making up our mind and they gave us some helpful pointers to pick the color we did. They made us think about if we would ever redo our siding in the next coming years to pick something that will go hand and hand with that. They finished our roof in a very short time after we made a decision.
