I could not believe what they did in only two days. It is so nice to not have water anymore. The salesman really knew and understood the project and what it would take to get it done.

First, Bob [Provider Name Removed] took the time to explain all aspects of what is causing the mold in our crawl space. His explanation was consistent with the mold testing specialist/microbiologist we hired. The options for turning our crawl space into a mini basement were in-line with what our microbiologist said. The installation team was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up all the post project debris too. We are very happy with our fully enclosed crawl space that doubles as lock-and-key storage. We highly recommend the entire Basement Repair Specialists team.

The Project Manager, Bob Reber, was extremely helpful. He really knows a lot about basement water solutions. He is also very polite and is welcome back in our home any time! He quickly developed a detailed recommendation for a solution to the problem we were experiencing. Even better was the fact that he was willing to reduce the required work as we discovered additional information about the details of our situation. If we ever need any additional help with our basement, Bob is the only person I will call! Thanks for all your help!

I really appreciate Bob, taking the time to listen to my ideas and needs for the project, without comparing mine with someone else, I appreciate the communication keep trough out the project and above all the completion of it on the date it was set!!! :)

First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job.

Bob Reber was very diligent, on time that was promised and repaired my sump pump to perfection. He knew exactly what he was doing with professionalism and efficiency. I have not had a problem since then. I am extremely pleased this company and feel more at ease now and confident with Basement Repair Specialists out of Appleton, WI. I highly recommend them!

Apparently their 8-hour work day includes travel time. 5 hours of travel time. It was supposed to be a 2-day job that took one week. They were never at my house before 10:45 and gone by 3:00. The first two days they did not arrive until after lunch. Nobody called the inspector so the concrete was delayed. And then we discovered that they had installed the wrong sump pump, so our salesman had to come back with the right one.

Five stars was not high enough. They did concrete work, tiles, sump pump for our basement that had started leaking. The salesperson Bob Reber was honest, trustworthy, and very knoweledgeable. The guys that did the work were so professional and respectful. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Did outstanding work. replaced clogged drain tile. added 2 sump pump crocks, Made every effort to clean up and minimize concrete dust. I am confident that the new owner will not have the basement water problems we had. The salesman (Bob) was with us every step of the job

Had them come to check my issue. Advised what was wrong and what I would need to do to fix. Very friendly and quick service.

Everything was excellent except I had to remind scheduling to get me on schedule in a timely manner. But the work was excellent.

Bob (boss) was easy to contact with questions and concerns. All work was done in very timely manner, and seems to be effective. Minor issues with some expectations, details, etc., but overall a satisfactory experience.

Extensive job done in two days everything seems to be working quite well sent in second crew so they could finish up quickly appreciated that

Basement Repair Specialists came out quoted the project and gave me a lot of ideas and options about my basement remodel. The knowledge and professionalism were great from beginning to end with a few exceptions. Timely and accurate communication doesn't exist with them. I ended up taking three days off of work due to the construction team getting sick twice. I wasn't notified until I called checking on their status halfway through the day. The team that showed did good work and they were friendly and courteous. Something that really ticks me off is they ran into a hiccup with the location of my air conditioner (although in the quote it wasn't a problem) and took care of the disconnection. I did not approve the contractor they hired and was an additional expense on my part despite them saying "They'll take care of it". Due to that it pushed their times back but despite the cold weather and late start they made sure to get the job done that day. I was happy about that so I didn't need to miss more days of work. I am pretty pissed to find out six months later that I have to pay for the air conditioner install. That is $500 that I didn't plan on.

this project was to replace 6 of 9 glass block basement windows due to damage. I was told that they had the same pattern. they were the same pattern but about 1/3 smaller each so they don't match. they also created a dangerous mess while breaking out the old ones and didn't do a very good job cleaning up all the broken glass inside and out. I expressed my concerns to the owner who was aware of the broken glass issue already and he stated he would come out and inspect the work. he never showed up on the day agreed upon and I haven't heard from him again.

Project manager was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on inside or outside work. Workers were professional and completed the work in a timely manner.
