Excellent! Arrived on time, very friendly, and professional. Work was finished quickly. Great experience.

Charged me $120 for a 15-minute job! The lock cost $29.90, but charging $40 for a service call AND $45 for labor on a 15-minute job was ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this service to anyone, as any number of locksmiths could have done this job for 1/2 the price.

We recently purchased a house and wanted to have the locks changed. Armor Lock was very helpful on the phone explaining options/pricing when we called them. Arrived on time, and did a very nice job for a fair price. Very good overall experience.

I called, he came within half an hour, he studied the locks, got his tools and figured out how to get us in without any damage to the door or lock, then he made us spare keys right then back in his truck. We were so thankful and he was very pleasant and knew his business.

I submitted a request for service online, and they promptly called me the very next morning and scheduled at a time that was very convenient for me. Joe showed up right on time, and after surveying all of the different locks, said he would do the best he could to make as few keys as possible. He was very pleasant and conscientious and did a great job! He managed to re-key everything with one key for the outside doors and one key for the many inside doors and deadbolts. Everything was great, and I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Joe!

Armor Lock and Safe arrived on time and did a fantastic job. We had to have all our locks changed and some small repairs made on others. The gentleman that came was polite and loved our dog. He cleaned up is work area when finished. I am glad I called Armor to do the job. I would recommend him and use him again.

They showed up on time, were professional and got the job done. He made 7 new keys for me at the price of approximately $2 per key. I was happy with the service and felt the price was reasonable. He also gave me the name of a store where I could purchase a new lock for our sliding glass patio door which would save money rather than buying a whole new door.

I locked myself out of the house in the late afternoon, no way in without breaking through my new triple paned windows, and that wasn't an option!! I called Armor Lock & Safe and explained the situation. He arrived from another city within 25 min. He was prepared, he had all the equipment he needed. He got me into the house through the door, didn't damage anything and made 7 new keys for me that all worked perfectly in my "old" lock. Very nice, professional person. I would recommend Armor Lock & Safe again in a heart beat.
