Description of Work: installed replacement two car garage door and track. |Excellent and fast service. Great technicians, there came in 24 hours and did and outstanding job. Moved what they needed to in my garage and put it back. Cleaned up like they were never here. Quality of work and products installed are both excellent.

Description of Work: I had a new garage door and opener installed. Apparently the salesperson had ordered the wrong size door but it did not make a difference in terms of schedule. The person who installed the door had it installed on the day promised and the wrong sized door had no impact on me. I have had many positive comments on the look of the door. I did not have to be home when installation occurred so it was very convenient. The only other thing was that I had a nonfunctioning electrical outlet that was to be used for the door opener. This was not known until the installer came to install. He set everything up using electricity from my house so it was not a problem in that way. I couldn't use my opener until I got an electrician to fix the outlet. I just wonder if someone had come out when I asked for an estimate rather than just give me a price over the phone if both issues would have been avoided or at least better prepared for. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and was very impressed with the speediness of the order.

Description of Work: I used AOD to replace a garage door after mine failed. They came out earlier in late summer to get the old door in a closed position (life savers!!) and then came back in November to install the new one (according to my plan, I wasn't kept waiting). Everything went well. Especially appreciated the cleanup and trash removal.

Description of Work: Came the next day to replace broken springs. They also replaced other parts to help our automatic door run smoothly. Consulted about 3rd door and appreciated advice about fixing that one when the time comes. We will call them again.

Description of Work: The sprocket broke on the top of the opener. I don't have the tools and it was very cold outside so I wasn't about to tinker around with it myself. The service man came out and replaced it and had our door opening again within 15-20 minutes.

Description of Work: The woman who answered the phone and the man in the service department to whom she connected me were both extremely helpful when I called at 7:30 this morning. They cheerfully gave me the information I needed to restart my door myself after it got stuck in the open position a few minutes before. The charge was zero! Herbert Allen
