Description of Work: I prepped my hallway for laminate flooring... pulled out carpet,took out nails, removed door. Laid out 1/4 of the laminate, and then realized i did not have time to finish myself. When they came over, they seemed nice enough, but then the supervisor was on his phone talking to other customers (I even heard him say to 3 different people how ""their project will be first thing he works on Monday morning"") while he was supposed to be working on my floor. He had brought along a 'newbie' and was telling him what to do and wait till he gets off the phone to answer his (newbie's) question. I was PAYING by the hour!! After they left, i noticed where the laminate was pulling apart in the middle of hallway and called them. He said he would get to it first thing next day (where did i hear that before?!) Anyway he was a no show. called 2 days later and they never picked up my call or called back after i left numerous voicemails. Their job was poorly done, was incomplete (I had to put doors back on, trim back on, and thresholds on) and was charged over $500.00 to do a HALLWAY that was 1/2 done when they got there!! Very unprofessional.
