About us

QPM is a sole proprietor entity with one employee and the availability to access additional employees/subcontractors on an as needed basis. For projects up to $500, payment for services due on completion of project. Projects >$500 require downpayment and remainder due on completion of project. QPM will work with potential clients who would like to invest sweat equity in their project(s). QPM is LICENSED w/Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification and INSURED. Solid references are available to potential clients. I officially started my LLC company in 2012 but have been performing handyman projects for 20+ years.
