At the start everything went well. The garage floor though has drainage problems that were not realized until the winter when the radiant floor heat was installed and heating the floor. The snow melted and drained to the back wall of the garage and across the back wall. The front of the floor drains to just before the garage door and runs across the inside of the floor and stays puddled on the floor as does the rear of the garage. Joe was contacted when this was noticed. After several pictures and emails he stated they would fix this in the spring when they would come back to seal the sidewalks and apron. Unfortunately spring came and went. With numerous phone calls and emails through early summer and late summer they came out and sealed the sidewalks and stated they were unsure how to fix the floor and would check with the fathers that started the company. After no response an email was sent by myself asking for a partial refund so i could find another company to repair the floor issues. I recieved a response of I will check with the bosses and never recieved another response to my emails or phone calls. Pictures and emails are available by request.
Description of Work: PSI concrete excavated a garage floor and installed pex tubing for radiant heat then poured a 24x44 garage floor with reinforced edges. The construction side came back and set roof trusses and finished the roof. Later that summer they did sidewalks around the house and garage. They also poured the garage apron. Concrete sealing was also performed.
