Cleaned our heating ducts. Had an issue with our furnace after that. He ignored our phone calls and never showed up when he said he was going to. This went on for 3 weeks when we hired someone else. Would never hire him again.

newly installed AC worked just one day in May 2022. Went entire summer and AC not fixed. Had to bring in outside contractor recommended by manufacturer to fix at my own expense. It took them one day to diagnose and two days to order parts on warranty and complete final repair. very disappointing.
