+ -1 moreNathan was extremely helpful in planning the design of the patio and worked with our limited budget. He allowed me to do some of the prep work to defray costs. The suggestions of acid etching was just what we wanted. We have been extremely pleased with the overall quality of the work done and are planning on more concrete projects in the future with this contractor.
Description of Work: Removal of an old breezeway slab and footing. They excavated a 4' crawlspace, poured footings, walls and new crawlspace floor, entryway steps and sidewalk, poured a large patio in backyard, cut decorative lines and aciid etched stain, with a preventive maintenance sealer .
