+ -1 moreIt went great. John wasn't sure he would be able to get the part we needed to fix our furnace, but to my surprise, I came home for lunch and the furnace was working again. John is local to our community, and I have highly recommended him to others.
Description of Work: My husband was away and our furnace suddenly stopped working and it was very cold outside. John is our neighbor, and we've called on him before. As usual, John was over right away and went above & beyond to help me out. He did a great job fixing the furnace and had it up and running by the time I came home from work for lunch that day.

+ -1 moreJohn arrived within 10 minutes of my frantic call. he was courteous and showed me exactly what the problem was and explained how he was going to fix it. THIS WAS DURING OUR SUBZERO BLAST OF COLD WEATHER.
Description of Work: furnance went out. water drain was frozen solid and affecting whole system.
